Excellent moving experience from start to finish! Aaron, the sales representative, was great—very helpful, responsive, and made the scheduling process easy. On moving day, Thales and his crew were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings. Everything was handled with care and placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Moving can be stressful, but this team made it smooth and worry-free. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with CT Moving and Storage and Julio and his team. Their service covered all the bases, they took care to lay down towels to keep the house safe and clean as they loaded and unloaded. They disassembled and reassembled furniture as expected, even better possibly then it was assembled before, and put it wherever we needed. Above all, the entire team was personable and kind and it was a great overall experience. Would 100% recommend!

BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY WALK THROUGH AND INSPECT ITEMS AS WELL AS HOME I would like to start out by thanking the 3 gentlemen again for helping us move. They were truly professional, kind, and efficient! For the company itself, I have no stars to award… My wife and I hired this company recently, based on pricing and their good reviews. The move itself was relatively pain-free, and the movers who worked with us were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once complete, we walked through each room, admiring the placement work these guys did. Unfortunately, this caused us to overlook minor details in some damage. With our home being a recent build and just having an inspection completed, admittedly, we were more focused on any damage to personal items. That night, after signing the agreement, we noticed a chip in the wall, as well as a problem with our bedroom door that would no longer shut due to stripped screws. I also found my standing desk broken, with only one side adjusting (I was able to fix this with no issue). I called CT Moving and Storage the next business day to notify them of the door and chipped wall. I was essentially told to kick rocks since I already signed the moving paperwork. Mistakes happen; we understand that things may be damaged in the moving process. You just hope that companies will use some discretion in helping out their customers. I do not expect any compensation for the damages caused at this point, but I hope to provide a word of warning to others.

I was impressed with the price and performance of the crew moving three pianos for my church. It was a huge job, and they worked really well together. Regarding price, they beat the prices of other piano movers by far. For scheduling the moving date, Julio (sales rep) understood our time availability and made it happen. While it took a little longer than budgeted, they didn’t take off before they knew they had done a great job. Marcus (team lead) made sure of this. CT Moving and Storage will definitely be my go-to mover from now on for our church needs as well as anything I might need to move personally.
