We recently acquired and had our family’s 100 year old home roof replaced. The house, which had been vacant and neglected for many years was in rough shape. Carlo, Brandie and the whole team have been nothing short than amazing. From explaining everything from materials to warranty and timing their expertise and commitment to excellence is evident. When you take on the task of restoring a home that has housed generations of your family you want to work with individuals and companies that will do the job with care. Hands down this is type of company and folks I want to support and work with. We’re big on trust and they’ve earned ours. The roof the replaced was for a second home and when the time comes to replace the roof of our primary residence I’ll be working with CRG.

Working with Carlo and the rest of the team at CRG has been a wonderful experience. They made everything incredibly easy. They even were able to schedule me sooner because I needed a new roof by a specific date. Team was prompt professional and friendly. The quality of work is top notch and my roof looks amazing. I feel so much more confident now knowing it is in great shape. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, including both of my neighbors yards. Could not recommend them enough!

Over the years wear and tear took its toll on my house especially the rain storms of the last year. A leak started, so CRG walked me through filing a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company also found issues with my siding. So we ended up doing, roof, siding, windows, and downspouts. Everything was handled quickly, with minimal disruption. We were about to leave for a week, and they worked with us to get everything finished before we left. I definitely recommend them for any work that you may need done. As another benefit, we are close to a major highway, and the sound proofing and insulation have made the house quiet even during rush hours.

We called CRG through a family recommendation. We connected with Daniel Ahn and from the first moment we spoke to him we realized he knew what he was doing. Daniel helped us file our insurance claim and when we were refused for our claim, Daniel walked us through the steps to finally get our claim approved. The day of install we had a great crew! They laid large tarps over all of our bushes so they did not get damaged or dirty. The team worked quickly and at the same time carefully and safely. At the end of the day, literally as they were laying the last shingles a thunderstorm rolled in. They decided to wait out the storm and then cleaned the yard with a large magnet tool to make sure the lawn was clear of any nails and debris. Our new roof is beautiful and although the insurance process is long and at times frustrating, Daniel and CRG were continually engaged and answered all of our questions. We hope we will not have to replace our roof while we are living here, but will definitely call CRG again if needed and highly recommend all of their staff and installers.
