We utilized College Hunks to help us move furniture and other items into a POD on our driveway. The communication from College hunks was very good, and that's something that's important to me. Travis and Silas were excellent. They were very efficient, especially since they were working in -20 degree wind chill weather! We plan to use them again to remove items from inside the home we plan to donate or recycle. I highly recommend. For a second visit we had College Hunks help us move furniture from the house that will be donated to several non-profit agencies. Colton and Chris were very efficient and took care of the the furniture items as well as making sure to protect the walls and railings in the house. They did an excellent job and were very kind and courteous.

We had the movers meet us with a truck at our storage unit. I like how they called us 20 minutes in advance to let us know what time they would arrive within their scheduled timeframe. Both Travis and Angel politely introduced themselves to us and did a fantastic job moving items out of storage, bringing items into our house, and rearranging items within our home. Before they left, they made sure to ask us if our moving services were completed. They’re very polite. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again if needed.

This was a move from a two-bedroom, one-office townhome to another residence just 1.5 miles away. Most items were already packed before the movers arrived. Day One was scheduled as the packing day and lasted eight hours, yet the crew did not finish packing. The only areas left to pack were the kitchen, a curio cabinet of glassware, and a few items in the laundry room. That unfinished work spilled into Day Two — and even then, the packing was still not fully completed. I later had to return to my previous home to pack cabinets left in the kitchen and move additional items left in the basement. While the movers were polite, they appeared very inexperienced — it took nearly an hour for one mover to wrap a single chair. During the move, property damage occurred and was never disclosed to me. Basement stair railings were broken, and the damaged pieces were hidden behind a water heater rather than reported. I discovered the damage myself after the movers left. A dresser drawer knob was also broken and never mentioned. When I asked whether the railings had been removed to move items downstairs, I was told, “Oh yes, we did.” However, these were not removed — they were snapped off and hidden, seemingly in hopes I wouldn’t notice. Several items were mishandled or left incomplete: Sofa legs were removed to move it into the basement but never reattached Sofa cushions were left piled on the opposite side of the basement A treadmill was disassembled without my knowledge or consent, despite my stating it could be placed upstairs if it didn’t fit An extra treadmill part was later found hidden under laundry, raising concerns about proper reassembly Packing quality was poor. I was charged for additional packing supplies, yet the crew ran out by early evening on Day One and suggested using my personal packing blankets to wrap glassware. When unpacking, I found broken dishes, and many boxes appeared to be dumped directly from drawers with little to no packing, resulting in boxes that looked like piles of junk when opened. This raises serious concerns about the extended time billed. Boxes packed by the movers were largely unlabeled, and boxes I personally labeled for the master bedroom were left downstairs, requiring me to move heavy boxes myself after the move. The team lead requested that I file a claim and meet in person with the lead mover to discuss my concerns. I declined, explaining this was a management issue, not something I needed to address directly with their staff. After reviewing my photos and videos, the team lead agreed with my concerns and told me he was preparing a settlement. I was ultimately charged over three times the original quote. Management offered a 10% settlement ($600), which I declined because it would not have covered even a portion of the documented damage, let alone the misuse of time and materials. The team lead said that he would discuss it with his manager and follow up with me. After that, communication stopped. The company only re-engaged after I disputed part of the charges through my credit card—and only to ask me to remove the dispute. This was supposed to be a stress-free move. Instead, it became a costly and frustrating experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Did very good, answered the phone, set up a appointment, all online stuff worked. Showed up on time for the move got it done efficiently and in time. Polite movers, friendly. Great service. They simply did my move without games, frustration or stress, I believe they're called stress free movers and that's what I needed to move from my old place to my new. If you're looking for a couple of fellas for a move from a company that cooperates and will work with you I recommend them. If you need a move, I highly recommend them to do your move because they did mine. Prices reasonable, charge by the hour so not overcharged.👍🏻

Our experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing. They broke our TV, and even though we purchased the $100 protection plan, it only covers $2 per pound, meaning they offered us just $80 for a TV worth over $500. On top of that, they caused significant damage throughout our home: chipped doorways, damaged corners, a chunk taken out of a door, and deep scratches all over the banister. Their “resolution” was to offer a 25% discount on our move only if we signed a paper agreeing not to file a damage claim and this was before we discovered the extent of the damage at our old house. (25% was roughly $350 to cover the tv) One of the movers also made a comment suggesting we “should have made sure the TV wasn’t already broken,” implying dishonesty on our part, which was both unprofessional and insulting. We now have a lot to repair before selling our home. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
