Cochran Exteriors

Be careful with these guys. I had high hopes for this project. Michael Godbolt was a showman for the sale. Advised it would be a week long project and I don’t pay anything till completed. Well, the project took almost 3 months to complete, but as of today, I am still waiting on poor quality punch list items to be resolved. I originally asked for everything to be replaced and low maintenance. I was given the quote and accepted based solely on price. After it was all said and done, they were the most expensive quote I received. They missed things on the project multiple times and kept sending me more quotes. It was clear no one was listening to me during the entire project. Cochran decided one day that the project was completed and notified the bank. I was not notified it was complete, was not asked if I was satisfied with the project, nothing. I struggled to even communicate during the project. John the project manager was rarely onsite. When I went to ask a question to the team, I was met with Spanish and not sure anything I said was understood. Ryan Miller advised me when I went to complain, that the job was complete according to there standards and I needed to pay even though work was outstanding. Last time I checked, the CUSTOMER decides when his project is done. If you guys have to come back to my home, the job is NOT done. Also, quit putting the pain of finding all your quality issues during final inspections on the customer. YOU guys need to build quality into your process, ridiculous. I was given a $500 credit for my concerns, wasn’t even worth the time I listening to all there pathetic excuses for why my project turned out the way it did.

We have used Cochran exteriors in the past and have been so pleased with their work and their customer service. Andrea and Mike are some of the best people to work with and have bent over backwards to help us get the perfect product and match for our house. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

After purchasing our first home, the wife and I decided to get our house sided. Through reviewing process online, we decided to go with cochran exteriors, and we're not disappointed.They did a great job on tearing off and reinstalling the new siding. Also, any questions or issues we had, were addressed very promptly and the communication was excellent. My contact over the phone Andrea, and the project manager John went above and beyond to address the installation and follow ups. I would highly recommend Cochran Exteriors if you are looking for work to be done on your home. When spring arrives I will update my review with some photos!

The Cochran team was amazing and a pleasure to work with. We recently lost siding due to the wind and the Cochran team told me they would be out the next morning at 8am to assess the situation. They showed up at 8am on the dot and did an amazing job on our house. The siding looks better now than it ever has. Andrea, Julie, and Michael were all so friendly and made sure they took care of us every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the area. Thanks again Cochran Team!

I purchased a new roof for my home and garage, along with re‑sheeting for the house and new gutters for the garage. AJ, the Sales Consultant, was excellent—very knowledgeable and made me feel confident I had chosen the right company. Vincent, the Project Manager, was equally informative and ensured everything stayed on schedule and was completed correctly. Communication with both AJ and Vincent was outstanding. They were easy to reach and always returned my calls promptly. I also want to recognize Armando and the roofing crew. I was extremely pleased with their work. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. They worked efficiently and left the property clean, making sure all debris was hauled away when the job was finished. We’ve been homeowners for over two decades across multiple properties, and Cochran has been by far the best home construction company we’ve ever worked with. After going through several quotes, we chose Cochran, and it was absolutely the right decision. Our project included two complete roof tear-offs and full replacements, added insulation, and new gutters (along with working with our exterior painters). From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The Cochran team wears t-shirts on-site that say “We set THE standard,” and they truly live up to it — not just in their craftsmanship (also backed by their lifetime workmanship warranty), but in how they handle every part of the process: the known-knowns in all of the details to help you choose wisely, the known-unknowns that can only be assessed once the project starts, and even the unknown-unknowns (i.e. surprises) that come with any major construction project.
