Cleany Miami

Absolute best cleaning I have received in Miami, and I’ve been through A LOT of cleaners. Most cleaners are overpriced and their work does not reflect the prices I pay. I’ve had a lot of lazy jobs done with past cleaners in other companies, some didn’t even know how to vacuum. It made me furious. But then I discovered Cleany, and my home/ life is forever changed. She did SUCH an amazing job and was a perfectionist and thorough. I could literally lick the floor it’s so clean. I’ve never been happier with a cleaning ever, I will be using Cleany from here on out!

I am extremely happy and grateful for the Cleany team and Cris our cleaner! They make it very easy to book to an appointment and answer any questions you have. Their customer service is superb. Cris was an AMAZING cleaner. She left our place spotless. Cris got all the areas that other cleaners we've used in the past tend to miss. A thorough cleaning indeed! UPDATE: The company reached out and offered a complimentary cleaning after my initial review. Their customer service was excellent and very professional. I appreciate their willingness to make things right, and they certainly did. I was happy with this cleaning. I think everyone deserves a second chance and am impressed with how they handled this. I have updated this review to 5 stars due to the professionalism and care they took in their response. I paid over $600 to have my 3 bedroom apartment deep cleaned. At first appearance I was happy with the cleaning, but upon closer inspection I am finding many things missed. Many of my tables/ consoles were not dusted or wiped down and the big rug in one of my rooms wasn’t even vacuumed. Baseboards were not cleaned at all. Overall, the two cleaners were very nice and they did a good job with some things, but with so many things being missed it absolutely was not worth as much as I paid. I don’t blame the cleaners because I was surprised that for a deep cleaning (including balcony cleaning) that cost over $600 they only sent two cleaners…

I've used their services twice and the Cleany team is truly the best. First, they did my deep clean for me before I moved my things into my new home and then came back once I was in to do another cleaning with furniture. With the deep clean, my apartment literally felt brand new - everything was scrubbed inside and out. With the regular clean with our furniture, they were super diligent and caring (especially for our delicate pieces). We also added on the balcony cleaning which was AMAZING. We will continue to use their services and recommend them without a doubt! A joy to work with, trustworthy, and efficient.

Great service! Maria cleaned my house 🏠 and I must say she did an excellent job. 👌 it took her 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. She might be a bit slow but the result was better than I had expected. So I give 5 stars 🌟! Thank you very much!!!
