Last month we had a deep cleaning of our apartment, including furniture cleaning, and I’m only now finally getting around to writing this review, but I really wanted to express my gratitude. It was our first time booking a professional cleaning service, so we had quite a few questions at the beginning. I especially want to highlight the support team, everything was explained clearly, they responded calmly both by message and over the phone, and helped us understand all the details. The communication was very polite and friendly, which immediately gave us a sense of reliability and trust. We also appreciated that the pricing was fixed and transparent, with no unexpected charges along the way. The team arrived on time and worked very thoroughly. The cleaning was done by Olga, Nadezhda and Alyona. You can truly feel their professional approach: attentive to detail, careful, calm, and very pleasant to interact with. Special thanks to Denis for the deep furniture cleaning, the sofas, mattress, and chairs genuinely look and feel fresher after the treatment. It’s clear that the work is done professionally and with quality equipment. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result. The difference is amazing! Thank you to the entire team: the support staff, the management, and the specialists who carried out the cleaning, for the attentive attitude and truly high-quality work. We will definitely use your services again and will gladly recommend you to friends.

I booked an appointment for a deep cleaning. They sent me Dinara and Delger. I can honestly tell you my house was a mess. They did an impeccable job. They arrived on time and were very courteous and extremely detail oriented. My house was spotless when they were done. I also want to thank Daniel for helping me with my booking.
