I have never written a negative review of a company but want to warn others, so they don’t go through the same thing I did. When you book a service like this its to reduce stress and get some time back, this experience did the opposite. As another review has said, be sure to get everything in writing from this company. I booked an initial deep clean and based on their detailed quote, I was expecting a thorough cleaning. What I received was far below that standard. Major areas were not cleaned at all, including the microwave, refrigerator, multiple faucets, and other surfaces (photos included). All of which are detailed in the quote. The cleaner who arrived also never introduced themselves, which made a slightly uncomfortable situation of having strangers in your home even more unsettling. I contacted the company within 24 hours, per the “policy” in the quote, but instead of acknowledging the issues, I was told they do not offer refunds and would only send another team out. After the quality I received, that wasn’t something I was comfortable with. When I asked for clarification on the policy they were referring to, their response still did not refer me to any specific policy and was dismissive rather than helpful. Ultimately, I filed a dispute through my credit card company, which I won, despite the company rudely implying they would prevent that outcome. I would never recommend this company based on either the service provided or the customer service that followed. Edit due to their response: There’s no way I would’ve left a review immediately after the cleaning since I left once they arrived and didn’t get home until the evening. Yet another warn to potential customers don’t open the feedback email until you see the house or it auto gives 5 stars.

They performed a move out cleaning for me. They were super helpful and able to answer my questions. They cleaned the house exceptionally well, and then asked for feedback- I gave it, and they even sent someone to fix the minor things I had commented on. The customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Kudos to Vicky. Great work!

The process to get a quote was seamless and so was setting up an appointment date. Our home has never sparkled and shined more, and I genuinely mean that. I am beyond thankful that I came across their services.
