I’ve gotten countless massages and this was genuinely the best one I’ve ever had. Anna was extremely thoughtful and gave me an excellent lymphatic drainage massage six weeks after a c-section. I left feeling infinitely better and more myself.

I can’t recommend Anna and Cinema Wellness enough. I had a lymphatic/myofascial massage with her back in October, and it was truly outstanding. I initially booked the massage to address chronic tightness in my shoulders, neck, and lower back. Anna began with a posture check, which set the tone for an incredibly insightful session. During the massage, she noticed details about my body that I hadn’t shared, such as clenching my jaw and favoring the left side of my mouth for chewing. The session was not only deeply relaxing but also profoundly educational. I learned so much about my own body and health. The most impressive results, however, appeared weeks and months later. I noticed reduced swelling and started losing water weight—it felt like the massage kick-started my metabolism. Anna is an incredible healer, and her approach is unlike anything I have ever experienced. She is a treasure, and I highly recommend her services.

This place is unmatched and amazing. Every movement is so intuitive, Anna is simple the best of the best. She knows the problem areas before even touching you, and truly understands how the body works and how everything is connected. Always so kind and personable too!

This was the best massage experience I've ever had! Anna is so wise, knowledgeable, and full of great energy. She starts with a body assessment so that she knows what areas to focus on during your session. I literally feel lighter today because she worked through so many of the crazy knots in my shoulders! She also made sure I had on sunscreen and hair serum before sending me on my way because the sun was so strong that day. I can't wait to go back soon :)

Relaxed! Balanced! This describes how I felt after a massage with Cinema Wellness. Anna performed an assessment before our session to check my range of motion and used the information to improve my flexibility. She knew how to find and work out my stress knots, and I could feel my muscles loosening. Anna is so very kind and understanding. Not only will she soothe your muscles, but also, you will leave feeling very pampered. What a gem!
