Most machines are worn down from over usage or broken (no postage saying they are broken either) and the sauna area stinks REALLY bad, sauna and steam rooms don’t even really get hot either. All bikes were turned off during our visit and that was also inconvenient. Probably won’t be coming back to this location unless it fixes its cleanliness issue and the machines. Location on Grant and Craycroft is MUCH better.

I really used to like this gym, but I’m starting to question the integrity of their pricing. If people are paying $30 for “exclusive” access, it should actually be exclusive. Otherwise, what exactly are we paying for?

I am extremely disappointed with how this location handled my situation. I asked to speak to a manager three different times and was told each time that someone would contact me. No one ever followed up. My time was wasted, and I was repeatedly given false promises. During the incident that led to my membership being canceled, one of the employees behaved aggressively toward me. He told me to “wait outside,” which felt threatening. At the time, I was a minor. I genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable. What makes this even more unfair is that my friend, who was involved in the same situation and saying the same things, did not have his membership canceled. I was treated differently, and it felt personal. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead I experienced intimidation, poor communication, and inconsistent treatment. I hope management takes this seriously.

Came here using a 7 day pass to see if it was worth the switch from planet fitness. The layout is ok. The locker rooms just look dirty and only had one working sink. The benches were super low and everything looked outdated. I could access the sauna/steam room from the women’s locker room which was kind of weird since there were two men in there and you didn’t need to scan your card to get back into the women’s locker room. I got into the sauna and it smelled horrible and then there was a small roach running around. I got my things and left. Definitely not worth the drive or extra money monthly.

Could be a nice gym. Too small, machines are either broken or occupied, steam/sauna rooms are gross at best, and its always full of early 20 somethings that are more concerned with the mirror than getting through a set. I got pulled into a year contract, so thankful it is over this month. If you like Chuze, go to the location on Oracle near the Tucson Mall, its bigger, cleaner, and has better clientele.
