I came in to use a 7-day pass and was greeted promptly upon arrival, which I appreciated. However, I was not given a tour or any information about the layout of the facility or what to expect from a membership. The interaction felt more like a quick check-in without much guidance for a first-time visitor. I visited at 10 a.m. on a weekday and found the gym to be extremely crowded. Nearly every machine was occupied, and several members appeared to be spending extended periods on equipment while using their phones, which made it difficult for others to rotate in. The atmosphere felt very busy, with many people filming or creating content, which added to the sense of overcrowding. That said, the gym offers great amenities and is in a convenient location. With better crowd management and a more informative welcome experience, it could be an even stronger overall experience.

This location is amazing! Special shout out to Danai! My first time checking in using the kids club and it was comical! Danai went out of her way to be sure I understood the process I had issues receiving the text message for the kids club notification, So she went out of her way to find me to tell me it was time to bring my daughter to the kids club! she is literally the best! The staff that run the kids club are absolutely amazing as well!

How can it be 2026 and the WIFI is weakfeee barely. Some of us like to be able to simply check and send emails, make posts and get messages. Work while working out. It should not be that difficult to have a quality network available to paying members. What’s the deal? Facilities are great. Busy at peak hours of course but I’d give five stars if I could multi task…

I joined Chuz because of the wonderful Aqua Class offered by Julie. She has changed my life, could barely get through any exercises, until I started with Julie’s class and now I can even do a yoga class, but it’s hard on my knees, I’d love to see a chair yoga class. Julie is helpful and helps you know the proper way to exercise. This Thanksgiving I was grateful for Julie and her class. Chuz you have a Gem in an employee like Julie. Thank you for sharing her with us🙏🏻

My gym sessions usually start in the morning and the closest one is the Oracle location, every time I come in DONYA is always the first one to greet and seems like she’s always happy to be there. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Anytime there’s been an issue of any sort she does her absolute best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Being in sales and in customer service she does a fantastic job keep it up.
