Children's Learn and Play

My daughter has been coming here for about 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier. We left her last center due to how she was being treated and that has never been a concern at this center! Ms Trenaye and Ms Susan in the baby room have the most love and care for my daughter and it shows. We don’t work on walking very often at home yet my daughter took her first steps at just shy of 10 months old! She has so many friends at school as well and I’ve been told she’s even the ring leader lol. Ms Cynthia, Ms Kayla, and Mr Brayden have really supported and helped us with this transition, especially as my daughter gets older. I have anxiety when it comes to my daughter yet just a simple call and it’s all settled. I haven’t met a more compassionate and caring group of teachers!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Childres Learn and Play! The facility is clean and welcoming, but the staff is what truly makes it special. Ms. Kayla is an absolute standout—she is incredibly patient, kind, and clearly loves what she does. Our child lights up when they see her, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing they are in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

My 3-year-old son attended this daycare for almost a month, and our experience was deeply concerning. One day he came home saying, “Mommy, I have a stick in my butt.” Hearing that from a toddler is alarming, and any parent would expect immediate concern and accountability from the daycare. When I brought this issue to management, specifically Cynthia Duffy, I was met with extreme disrespect. Instead of taking the situation seriously or offering help, she was dismissive and unwilling to address my concerns in a professional or compassionate way. I understand that children say things, but situations like this require care, investigation, and empathy. Unfortunately, none of that was shown. Based on how this was handled, I do not feel this daycare prioritizes child safety or respectful communication with parents.

Miss Yolanda has been such a wonderful part of our son’s daycare experience over the past two years. She works with the 2-3 age group and has always shown such care, patience, and attention to each child’s needs. One thing that really stood out to us was when she reached out to learn more about what our son was working on in speech therapy so she could support him in the classroom, too. That kind of thoughtfulness truly makes a difference. We’re so grateful for the nurturing and supportive environment she creates. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and we feel lucky to have her as one of our son’s teachers!
