We contacted them about some loose siding after a wind storm. They came out within a few days, gave us a fair estimate, and scheduled the repair for the following week. The communication was excellent, they texted the morning of to confirm. The repair itself took just a couple hours and you cannot even tell there was damage. We will definitely call them again if we need any roofing work.

Had a pretty bad ice dam situation last winter that caused some interior staining on our ceiling. called these guys to inspect and they found a few spots where the flashing had pulled away. they fixed it up in the spring and also added some ventilation improvements. price was reasonable and they explained everything clearly. roof looks great now and no more leaks.

Excellent company, their quote was lower than another accomplished Roofing company, even though Chicago Siding & Roofing was doing additional work on my roof. Greg answered all my numerous questions and emails promptly. Received an estimate the day after reviewing my problematic roof and they did the work within a week. (Never received an estimate from the other company even though it has been almost a week.). They were honest and went over the problem areas that needed to be repaired (the other company tried to get me to put on a new roof). They arrived on time and worked thoroughly and professionally. The whole experience was stress free. I will definitely use them in the future when I need a new roof.

Greg's quote covered everything we discussed in detail, while others wrote a dollar amount on a cocktail napkin and assumed that was fine. I love that their roofers earn a union wage, that Chicago Siding & Roofing has been in business for over 10 years, and that their google rating is close to perfect. They just finished re-roofing my home. Very professional, high quality from start to finish. I RECOMMEND THEM!

Just over a year ago, Chicago Siding & Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. That went great. Now, over a year later, we realized that one of the gutters wasn't draining where it really should be. I contacted the company and Greg, the owner wrote back immediately saying they would fix it. Two pleasant fellows just drove off in their truck after finishing the job. Chicago Siding & Roofing's people told us we would be taken care of as their customers. It's totally true. If you need a roof, in our opinion there's no need to call anyone else.
