Our roof started leaking right over the kitchen — nightmare! I called them late in the evening, and they came by first thing next morning. The repair was quick and solid. Haven’t had a single issue since.

I used this company for my new roof back in 2018 and have no complaints from that time. However, I had a recent issue and with a 10 year warranty, I figured I could at least get someone out to take a look. I called and found out that Charleston Roofs and Windows had purchased the company. They informed me that the were not honoring any of the warranties issued by the old company, however they are purporting to represent them and use their old website and have their name plainly listed on their email correspondence. Not a good way to conduct business !!

We had our entire roof replaced and, due to a previous ceiling leak in our kitchen, Charleston Roofing also repaired and painted the entire ceiling! All done in one day and when they finished, you couldn’t tell that they had been there. My personal agents alerted me every step of the way with insurance and what to expect as far as scheduling was concerned. Couldn’t be happier!

Charleston Roofing and Exteriors installed a new roof and bulldog gutters. They used architectural tiles and 6 inch wide gutters. Work was excellent as was clean up. I highly recommend this company! The staff was friendly and responsive to my many questions. 5 Star review !
