Hello. My name is Juliabeth Coppage. I live on Whidbey Island. I am 81yrs old and my house is almost as old as I am. When I woke up on the morning of December 10th, 2025, I found water coming coming through the sheetrock of my living room ceiling, and between the walls around my fireplace and chimney. Not knowing where to turn, I started an online search of Roofers in my area. I settled on Cascade Roofing in Burlington because their advertising mentioned they served all of Whidbey Island, and their reviews were terrific. Although Burlington had been evacuated the night before because of flooding, they answered the phone on the third ring. Within 2 hours, I had a crew on the roof taking temporary measures to stop the leaking in the middle of the rain. During my dealings with Cascade Roofing I received two bids. One for a full roof replacement the other on just repairing the existing damage. I received both bids within two days. I was surprised by the pricing, as it appeared very reasonable. Especially in light of the quality of the materials being used. They even provided financing with good rates. In my case it doesn't get much better than that! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve built three houses in my time and Cascade is the best team I’ve worked with. Recently, Kyle came out to the house right away after calling and worked hard to diagnose a leak and get it repaired before major damage was done. He worked with me as a consultant and coach to get other related repairs done correctly and to work with my insurance. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs, big or small.

Cascade is a terrific roofing company! They truly operate above all other roofing companies I’ve worked with in the past. As a contractor, my clients and I are very particular about how projects are executed and finished, and Chris understands this completely. Jacob Graham fully explained the materials to be used and why, the pricing, the warranty and assured me that he had an amazing team to complete my new roof. They did an amazing job. The yard and the areas all around my house were left in immaculate condition each day. They were hard workers. Jacob said they would fix a couple small items while installing the roof. He forgot to tell them one of them. He came back and completed that himself. My roof looks amazing. We have had our first major torrential rainstorm. No leaks. I was completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Cascade Roofing Company, Inc. to anyone looking for a new roof. Great to work with. Arrived on time. Professional, and kind. Kyle came out to give us an estimate, he was pleasant, respectful & and all a round nice guy. He gave us a great price and after a recommendation by a neighbor we decided to go with Cascade. We went to the office to give them a down payment & the ladies there were a real delight. Jose and his crew came out a couple of weeks later and knocked it out in a couple of days. They did a great job, polite, respectful and cleaned up a messy job quite efficiently. Now, we sit here happy, warm and dry.... Well done....
