Cabezon Roofing

Had my roof & gutters replaced by Cabezon in January 2026, and at a very fair price. The roof looks great! They took care of all the scheduling and permits. Jerome was very professional and personable, explaining everything that would need to be done. The roofing crew was right on time the day of the job. The crew did an excellent job and I was very impressed with how clean my property was after they left. The gutter crew was friendly and got our gutters up in just a few hours. Very happy with the results. Cade was great to work with, too. He communicated well and let us know exactly what to expect. There was some minor damage to the exterior of our house during the roof replacement. I let Randy know and he worked with us to make it right. Overall would highly recommend!

Last summer (2025) I started reaching out to roofing companies to do a full roof replacement (including adding decking, as there were only existing purlins) on our main house and detached studio. This was partially motivated by the fact that we were going to purchase a PV system (as part of the roof financing) and knew the roof was old and in need of replacement. I invited five different roofing companies to come inspect the project and provide a quote. Right away I knew that I liked Jerome. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He walked both roofs and even wanted to check out the attic to ensure he had a good understanding of all the project variables. Jerome returned at a later date with his brother Cade, who would be managing the project. Cade was just as thorough in his inspection and asked some really thoughtful questions. Cade and Jerome did a good job helping me understand what the entire process would be like and were happy to offer suggestions about how to handle all of the details. Cabezon, didn't provide the lowest bid, but their price was fair and I felt comfortable awarding them the contract based on the interactions, attention to detail, and the warranties that they offered. Low and behold, they not only lived up to the expectations that they set - they completely exceed them. Cade ran the project attentively and respectfully. He caught things that I wouldn't have and he held his installers accountable. We are very happy with our new roofs. We have a brand new shingle roof on the main house and a new corrugated metal roof on the studio (with PV system installed). The project came in on-time and on-budget and we are very happy with the workmanship. There were so many little details (fascia replacement, chimney flashing, rake framing, ridge vents, custom drip edge, etc.) that could have gone badly, but didn't due to Cabezon's attention to detail and desire to deliver a good product. I would recommend them for any roof-related work knowing that they do good work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone, Jerome was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with his inspection and recommendations. Made the whole process very stress free. Answered all our questions. Cade was awesome to work with and communicated great. The roof looks great, and they were very thorough to fix anything before installing new roof. They cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. My wife and I couldn't be more happy we went with Cabezon. Outstanding warranty as well.

Cabezon Roofing is phenomenal. They took my dilapidated, old roof annd turned it into something that I’m not going to have to worry about for a very long time. They took their time to explain and convey their concerns about what they were going to run into. And made sure that any issues that may have arisen would be addressed accordingly.
