I would like to thank Joshua McClendon for his professionalism. He is the type of representative a company needs when dealing with clients. He articulates well, very timely and he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure clients are happy and satisfied. Also, the team that Brown’s Roofing sent out was outstanding.

Back in June, we had issues with our roof and our living room started leaking. It was a stressful situation, but working with Josh from Brown Roofing made all the difference. From day one, Josh provided unbelievable customer service. He was patient, kind, and always made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was—he never came across like he was trying to sell me anything. Instead, he focused on helping us fix our home and making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. His honesty and professionalism really stood out. Joshua went above and beyond to make a stressful repair feel manageable. He communicated clearly, followed through on everything he promised, and truly treated our home with care. Brown’s roofing is absolutely awesome! Spencer was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped walked me through the complicated insurance process, and made it easy for me to understand. He worked with my insurance company the whole time so all I had to do was pick the color of my new roof. I can’t give a high enough recommendation! I would give Brown’s 10 stars if it would let me! If you’re in need of an honest, professional company to make sure your home stays looking good and is protected, Brown’s is your best choice!

Joshua was my point of contact from start to finish. By the time I had the pleasure of meeting with him I had met with about 6 other roofers. Joshua was the first person to come into my home and treat me like a person. He was patient and kind. He took the time to hear all of my concerns and questions and answered everything so that I understood what steps needed to be taken and what was going to be done. After the initial inspection and sit down I was sold! He continued to go above and beyond providing updates and taking my calls as needed for further explanations. His crew arrived around 630 the day of the build and they were done by I believe 5pm. No mess was left and my roof looks amazing! I have so my pride in my neighborhood now with how good my roof looks. I reccomend anyone who needs roof work done to contact Browns! They are kind and knowledgeable. They work with you and your insurance to get you the best pricing and updates. 10 outta 10 would call them again!

We started our new roof process with Josh Dupuis. His knowledge and communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. From beginning to end, he stayed in contact with both my husband and me. Any questions we had were quickly answered. He knew we had beloved furbabies and considered them when discussing the work, the debris and the time it would take. Our new roof started 22 July 2025. We have a large steep roof and an additional detached garage that was done as well. Today is the 24th and they were done and gone shortly after lunch time. Aside from the new roof, there’s no evidence they were here! Everything they moved was put back, any debris was removed and the area cleaned up, leaving it looking better than it did prior. The team of guys working were humble and professional. They worked nonstop in this hot weather (heat index is 109 today), and were smiling anytime we had to walk by them. We also noticed, a couple times each day, a Brown’s Roofing employee/supervisor stopping by to inspect and check the progress. The roof itself looks amazing. We bought our home new, 9 years ago. The original roof never once looked as nicely installed as what Brown’s Roofing did this week. We are highly satisfied and already recommending Brown’s Roofing to our neighbors and friends.
