Bright Start Early Care and Preschool (NoMa)

I love the staff and admin team and teachers here at bright start NOMA they have welcomed my babies with love and patience to the new environment, whom transferred from their Brentwood location due to distance and closeness. My daughters love going to school here and talks about how great their teachers are they aren’t only helpful with their education but also their for them mentally as they have a new sister and which resulted in behavior change and some of the staff are parents so they relate and have given me advice on how to work with said behavior. I also love how engaging the teachers are in potty training and academic by ensuring me as a parent of a pre-k3 student on working on things she is lacking at school such as her numbers to further help her academically and knowing what I can do to get her to stay on task as my children love to act different with me then their teachers so I thank bright start family for ensuring and guiding my children to success and to big girl school thank you. I cannot say enough good things about the caregivers at Bright Start NoMa. They took care of my little one like she was their own, they made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable to ask questions or make requests and most importantly she has loved her time there and learned so much for her teachers and peers. The facilities are spotless, well appointed and very secure, the food offerings they provide are nutritious and they were able to get my daughter to eat things she would never try at home. I am so grateful to all the people who make this care center so special!

Bright Start is an excellent daycare. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly warm, kind, and passionate about what they do. Our child is not only safe and happy here, but she is also learning so much and is excited to come everyday. We are so happy we chose this center!

As first-time parents living far away from family support, we were very nervous about where to send our son for childcare. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found Bright Start NoMa. Our nine month old gets visibly excited when he sees we're walking to school, and he happily climbs into Miss Adriana or Miss Adjoa's arms. Our son's teachers have guided us through major milestones like feeding solids, rolling over, crawling, sippy cup feeding, etc. It is so reassuring to know that your child is not only safe during the day, but loved, cared for, and being monitored for any potential delays or areas of concern. The center is also very clean, all staff are friendly and kind, and you can't beat the convenience of having diapers, formula, and food all provided in-house. We also love receiving daily photos and videos. I can't recommend Bright Start NoMa highly enough.
