Ms. Sari consistently demonstrates professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the children. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported. Her respectful communication with both students and parents reflects her commitment to excellence in childcare. It is reassuring to know our children are in the care of someone who takes her role seriously and leads with compassion.

I would like to thank Ms.Johnson and Ms. Natalia for everything they are doing for my baby London. From the first time I met them they have been always kind and loving to London and I. I know London is safe when I drop her off everyday. Thank you everyone at Bright Start!!

My kids have excelled drastically since starting…They are so smart and surprise me daily. They also love going to daycare and their teachers (Mrs. Johnson,Ms. Ledys, Ms.Darlene, and Ms.Tress) . I’m going to be sad when they have to start Kindergarten.

If you are looking for your local daycare or Any daycare in the Washington DC area please enroll your little ones here. I have the best experience so far, 0 complaints. They keep you updated with everything. My kid attend the summer camp, area is very safe. The staff keep the daycare very clean and the kids are very loved. It’s recommended to 10/10

Please do not send your baby here. The owner Marcia is extremely boorish and unprofessional. My 17 month old son was enrolled here for not even 2 full weeks and he came home every day with a new bump or scratch or something. The teachers are supposed to send you daily pictures and updates that never happened and as soon as you enroll they stop answering your calls. Ms. Cheryl (the owners sister) on our very first day and interaction was disgustingly rude to me and literally pushed past my and my baby to avoid giving me her name nearly knocking my son and I over when I reported this to admin I was told “that’s just how she is” and then that I had to find alternative childcare due to the owner not having accountability for her staff nor providing them with proper training on dealing with families. My son was also sent home with a huge knot on his forehead and no explanation they didn’t even put an ice pack on my baby. When I asked what happened the explanation didn’t match the injury’s and I asked to see the footage from the class where the incident occurred but again Marcia was no help and refused to have a civilized conversation with me. The last 2 weeks have been very difficult and it is due to Bright starts unfit management. Ms. Brittany has been an absolute angel in all of this helping bridge communication but with poor leadership and lack of accountability I cannot send my son back into this place that clearly neglected him. They also have a homeless man who is outside of the daycare every day with trash and items everywhere attracting flies and other insects directly in front of the school. I was told by staff he was friendly.
