Bright Horizons at West Village

Incredible!!! I love the team of teachers, leaders, programs, children, families that make this Bright Horizons such a special place for children to grow! While my children haven't attended Bright Horizons, we know many of the teachers from the local playground where the teachers engage their students in kind, thoughtful, meaningful play, while also acknowledging my curious, excited, and social children! I love that the Bright Horizons teachers smile to us, wave, say hi, know my kids names, and welcome us like we're a part of the flock. I attended a reading event at Bright Horizons and was blown away by the beauty of the space, the thoughtfulness of literacy engagement, the warmth of the team of staff, the welcome was SO incredible it made my day!!! Thank you all!!!

We love Bright Horizon West Village! Our daughter has been enrolled since she was 3 months old and the teachers in the infant room have been excellent. We are kept up to date throughout the day through the convenient Bright Horizons app, getting pictures and notes from her teachers. The teachers also go above and beyond to keep us updated at pick up and drop off and with calls throughout the day if there is anything we should be aware of. It’s been good for our baby to be around other kids her age to learn from each other and see the bigger kids. The center’s Director and Assistant Director are also both very responsive to all questions and requests. We have nothing but good things to say about the center, highly recommend!

Our daughter joined when she was 9 months old and has recently moved into the toddler room. Every morning she runs in excitedly to greet her teachers and friends. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly tuned in to her needs. They tailor activities to her pace and send frequent updates — from meal and nap times to artistic achievements and small milestones. We feel confident every time we drop her off, knowing she’s in amazing hands. Thank you to the whole team for supporting her development and making everyday special !

Bright Horizons West Village has been amazing for my child. We felt comfortable leaving our 8-month old from the first day, and the center was so helpful with the transition. The curriculum is creative and the staff is absolutely wonderful - relatively long-tenured for the industry and they all know all of the kids! We are extremely satisfied with our child’s care and cognitive and emotional development over the past 2+ years.

Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizon West Village for a couple of months now and it has been an amazing experience. Ellie (center director) and the teachers (in both infant and toddler class) are WONDERFUL! They are loving, caring and supportive. I trust the staff and I feel comfortable leaving my daughter there everyday. They have been great in communicating with parents. They also use an app to keep parents updated with diaper change, food, nap and pictures/videos. It’s fun to see her interacting with teachers and other kids while doing various activities like art, story time, outdoor activities, and tons of learning and play! Our daughter enjoys going to the center every day. She’s excited to go in when I drop her off and always happy when I pick her up. She’s grown and learnt so much! I am very happy that we chose Bright Horizon West Village.
