Bright Horizons at Interbay

We just started this week and are already blown away by the care and communication at this daycare. The transition has been emotional for our whole family, but the staff have made it so much smoother than we expected. What really stood out is that even staff outside the classroom know how our daughter is doing — that level of team communication and genuine investment in each child is rare and truly means the world to a nervous parent. A special shoutout to Anxhela, who has quickly become my daughter's safe place in this new environment. The extra care and cuddles she gives our baby have made all the difference. She has shown genuine care and compassion to my daughter that I didn’t think was possible at daycare and has help us as parents feel incredibly fortunate. We're only a week in, but we're grateful to have found this place and already so excited about what this place could become for our little one.

We’ve had a great experience with this daycare. The teachers are all very friendly and caring, and the front desk staff are always helpful whenever we have questions or need support. They also pay close attention to safety at the entrance, which makes parents feel very reassured. It’s been wonderful to see them gradually learn new things and grow more confident. Overall, we’re very happy with the care and environment they provide.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons for a few months and LOVES IT. The staff has seen minimal turnover since we've been there, the team is incredibly welcoming of the kids and the parents, and the communication from the staff to the parents is excellent. The center is also open extended hours without a significant number of closure days which is great for two busy parents. We're thrilled to have Bright Horizons as a part of our son's care team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about BH Interbay. I could tell they were special when we took the tour ahead of placing our infant there for daycare. I just had a strong gut feeling that this was a special place. All of the teachers know my child’s name, even teachers who teach kids much older than him. Everyone truly cares so deeply about the kids, not just those they teach directly. The administrative crew are amazing and so communicative, and are just lovely. I’m so glad that my child has BH to call his home all the way until he goes to kindergarten.

We came in a bit of a rush due to our current school closing. And everything has been great! The director and assistant director to the teachers and support staff have been welcoming and super helpful in our transition! We appreciate the communication, inclusion, curriculum, and meals. Our little one has adjusted well and already knows the names of all his classmates and we’ve already seen growth/development in just over a month.
