OUTSTANDING COMPANY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a chimney leak necessitating a new roof and possibly siding on 2 sides of our 33-year-old townhome. We also had gutter issues. We interviewed 3 companies and chose B&R Siding, Inc. because of their excellent response time, Erick’s superior knowledge and professional explanation of the scope of work needed, his straightforward (no high pressure) sales proposal, competitive pricing, and 5-star Better Business Bureau rating. The work crew was efficient, meticulous, and highly skilled. The always-punctual and hardworking crew kept the area clean and were respectful of both us and our property. Erick showed us several issues caused by a previous contractor found by his crew such as no insulation under the existing siding (!) and nail holes straight through siding into nothing leaving places for water to seep in and damage the underlying wood, allowing mold to grow. B&R even fixed a problem they found with the attachment of our deck to the house without charging us. Erick remained exceptionally responsive throughout the process, explaining and offering options when appropriate. B&R Siding is a family company, and a member of family was always on site to ensure the work was being done to the highest standard. They finished ahead of schedule, including cleaning up of the whole area and extensive post-work walk through to show us what had been done and see if we had any concerns or requests. In total, we got a new roof, new siding with high-quality insulation, new downspouts and a gutter protection system (included in the cost of the roof.) B&R Siding’s exceptional work greatly exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

B&R siding replaced all of our aluminum siding with insulated vinyl craneboard siding. Three work was complete promptly with an impressive attention to detail. Overall it took 3 weeks for delivery to arrive, and then work was complete in 4 business days. Siding the install it rained and they kept everything covered and had no issues. When I realized a small thing was forgotten, I got an immediate response to have someone come fix it even though the work was signed and paid. I would definitely use this company again.

These are Roofing pros ! - Every step was easy and work was very well done. I have worked in construction and find these folks EXCELLENT workers. They were careful with old siding and now you would never know they touched it. New gutters made the house look new too. Excellent contractor and crew, excellent materials, and excellent workmanship! That is how we rate Byron and B & R Siding, Inc. Excellent warranty too! Our 18-year-old roof and five skylights needed to be replaced. Byron came right out and assessed everything and gave us a great price to replace the roof and skylights with top-of-the-line materials. The crew, headed by Juan, worked very hard and did an excellent job. We needed to make some changes along the way to replace plywood, some gutters, and add rakes, and Byron was very gracious to make the changes and give us a good price on what was unexpected. We highly recommend B & R Siding for your roofing and gutter needs. Byron is a great person to work with and his interest is to provide an excellent job at a great price, and stand behind the workmanship and materials, something rare to find in today’s world!

B&R Siding, Inc. is an OUTSTANDING and very REPUTABLE company to work with. We met with Byron to discuss our needs and develop a contract. Byron is very easy to work with and had some very good advice based on his many years of experience. We are very satisfied with all the work they did at our home (replaced all windows, replaced all siding and removed & replaced gutters and downspouts). I have to say that the construction team and manager (Erick) are very hard workers and are very skilled. Each of them are excellent to work with. B&R Siding should be considered if you need work done at your home. The company is very responsive and the workers are trustworthy. Once the work was complete, they cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess for us to have to clean up ourselves. Impressive attention to detail from all his employees. Our 35 year old home looks like it was just built (see attached photos). Please feel free to use us as a reference. If I was to give them a score between 1 and 5, I would give them a score of 15.
