B&M Roofing

B&M Roofing installed a beautiful metal roof on my Mt Lemmon cabin thats currently undergoing renovations. We had a timeline and they committed to it regardless of the distance of the location, snow, and pitch of the roof! They were also very reasonable in their price!

This company (B&M Roofing) was the worst! I requested that they replace the roofing paper on my guest house porch and this is their finished product! Looks like they used scrap materials from another job on my house! They threw roofing nails all over my yard and get this, they tore off the old roofing paper, put it in bags and left the bags on the side of my house for 3 weeks. When they came out to replace the paper, they sent two young men/boys that had no idea what they were doing as you can see from the two photos. I would never hire this company again.

We needed a repair on our fairly new build home and obtained three different quotes. From the start, B & M Roofing stood out as the most thorough and honest. Their estimate was detailed, included clear area photos, and was explained in a way that made us feel confident and informed. Beyond the quality of the estimate, their professionalism and respectful manner truly set them apart. The other companies we received quotes from were not personable and, at times, condescending, while B & M Roofing took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. The team showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and communicated with us throughout the entire process so we always knew what to expect. While their pricing was higher than some competitors, you truly get what you pay for; exceptional professionalism, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Several neighbors in our new-build community had the same roofing issue. One neighbor even shared that they regretted not choosing B & M Roofing, as the lower-cost company they selected had to return twice due to worsening leaks. That experience further reinforced that we made the right decision. We have absolutely no regrets and feel their work was worth every penny. After completing the repair, B & M Roofing returned to perform a quality inspection and proactively replaced two cracked tiles they identified. Every individual we interacted with at B & M Roofing was professional and attentive. We highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality work and peace of mind.

They were very unprofessional from the start dropping wood through the garage on my wife’s car and dropping nails everywhere that caused a flat tire and I’m finding still up to 2 years later. They were playing loud music at early hours showing up and leaving at random hours and took days longer than stated which doesn’t seem that bad until you consider the loud music and vehicles taking up all the parking. They did shotty work that is evident from the pics(there are more that I didn’t post) even leaving nail heads exposed and shingles bubbling up and the fact that the warranty is so short (5 years on 30 year shingles and only 2 years on the repair) and excludes bad weather and animal debris among other things that are listed in the contract and that’s not a complete exclusion list according to them. They didn’t tell me about my porch not being suitable for typical shingles and put these without talking to me and they don’t even match! I didn’t even realize how terrible the quality was until I went up myself to see about fixing the bullet hole. The pics aren’t the best quality but zoom in and see the quality they provide and it’s obvious why their warranty is so short. Look at how they left my vent crooked and did such a terrible job on painting and caulking and even left nail heads exposed and didn’t secure everything back to the roof like it was. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a quality job and read the fine print before signing anything. The good reviews must be friends or bought or people that haven’t checked the quality.

There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. Watching the roof being removed from your new home (during monsoon season!) is definitely unnerving, but the end result.... wow. Good for another 25 years. Friendly, courteous and professional. We can't recommend them highly enough.
