Blossom Massage Urban Spa & Retreat

I called to request a 12:15 appointment and was told that time was available. I then asked about birthday accommodations, but instead of addressing that, she began discussing unrelated add-ons and upselling services that had nothing to do with decorations or birthday arrangements. After about 15 minutes on the call, I was informed that the 12:15 time slot was actually fully booked. At the end of the conversation, she told me not to worry because there are plenty of other spas I could go to. I’m well aware of that, and based on this experience, I will make sure to utilize on of the many other ones in town.

Really wanted to love this place since it had such great reviews, but unfortunately our couples massage was a letdown. At times, it barely felt like any pressure was being applied — it honestly felt more like someone lightly caressing my body than an actual massage. We did have a later appointment, so I’m not sure if it being the end of a long day played a role, but for the price we paid, we expected a much higher quality experience. Both my husband and I left feeling pretty disappointed. We did enjoy the pool access — that area was nice. There is a train that passes by, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The hot tub wasn’t very hot at first, but it warmed up quickly once the jets were turned on. The sauna was nice and worked great. The receptionist was also very sweet and listened to our frustrations about the massage. I booked this last minute, so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with our experience, but overall, I honestly would’ve been better off using my massage chair at home.

I’ve been to Blossom a few years ago, they were the best then. When booking a couples massage to take my fiancée for his first ever massage I knew exactly where to go. I did not expect how much Blossom has grown! The pool, hot tube & sauna were amazing to enjoy before and after our massages. The massages themselves 😩 much needed! It was his first ever massage, I think he had Ann/Anna but she was amazing for him, while I had the best much needed deep tissue/sports massage. My Lord it hurt in the best ways. Cannot wait for our next visit!! Thank you Blossoms for an amazing date night / belated birthday celebration🫶🏽 From entering to leaving we felt pampered, relaxed and are so thankful for how amazing Blossom is!

We did a couple massage here and I loved the girl I had, for his 1st time(he didn't lol). I was comfortable and the aroma of the place Made you feel instantly relaxed. We were gonna get the pool patio pass but was running out of time for other plans. Really nice spa to visit.

Unfortunately, my experience here was far from relaxing. The massage itself was mediocre at best, and the therapist spent much of the session talking—often gesturing with her hands and even spitting slightly while speaking. While she was friendly, I came for massage therapy, not talk therapy, and the constant chatter made it difficult to unwind. The space felt unpolished and lacked the calming atmosphere you’d expect from a professional spa. To make matters worse, the massage felt incomplete and rushed, leaving me more tense than when I arrived. Overall, it was a disappointing visit that didn’t meet expectations.
