I had a mixed experience here. My initial haircut did not turn out as requested — it was uneven and much more heavily layered than what I discussed, and I felt my stylist wasn’t fully listening during the consultation. However, when I returned, Stephanie, one of managers, was very professional, took my concerns seriously, worked to improve the cut, and refunded the haircut without hesitation. I appreciate how they handled the situation. I would just recommend confirming your stylist has experience with your hair textures and making sure you’re fully aligned on the plan before starting.

Literally the best haircut I've ever had. I felt so completely *seen* right away, both as a person, and for the haircut I've always tried to get but never could explain because I just don't have that skill set lol. Barry was so wonderful, I really recommend him and Bishops too. I'll definitely go back!

I had an amazing experience at Bishops and can’t say enough good things about Stephanie. I have a lot of hair anxiety after years of bad cuts (no one seems to know how to do real, old-school layers anymore!) and color that never matched the inspo or what was agreed on. Stephanie is the first stylist I've found who truly nailed it. She understood exactly what I was looking for, asked all the right questions, explained the color theory behind everything (so important) and clearly knew what she was doing. She was incredibly patient and reassuring whenever I got nervous. My hair turned out AMAZING — I’ve gotten so many compliments and feel so pretty. The salon environment is casual, welcoming and comfortable. I was there most of the day (I have a lot of hair and it was a big change) but Stephanie / the Bishops team were attentive the whole time and the appointment honestly flew by. I also really appreciated that she reassured me I could come back within a week if there was anything I wanted adjusted. Truly nothing but great things to say about both Stephanie and Bishops and I can safely say my years-long stylist search is over!

Becca does a fantastic job with my hair! this will be my second time coming in and both times i left happy and pleased with how it looked. she takes great care in getting the way you want it to look and includes you in every step of the process, which eases a lot of anxiety. Love this place everyone in there is great!

I had an amazing experience at Bishops! After years of cutting my own hair I decided I wanted something new and fun. I booked an appointment with Cassie to get my hair cut, conditioned, and styled. She was SO amazing!! I felt so comfortable and well taken care of
