I want to take a moment to recognize Senya for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. After my daughter was devastated by a bad haircut elsewhere, Senya went above and beyond to help us. She made time for us despite her schedule, showed genuine care and patience, and completely transformed the experience for my daughter. Not only did she fix the haircut, but she restored my daughter’s confidence and smile,which meant everything to us as parents. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients the way Senya does. Her skill, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Senya, for turning a very emotional situation into a positive and memorable one. Gracias Senya!

Anna did the best job on my hair and gave me the cutest lil bob ever!!!!! She was very kind and funny and she also asked if it was okay to touch me before she started- and I really appreciated that because you never know someone’s story. I’ve never had a hair dresser ask that question before and I think it’s something every hair dresser could do before touching someone. Overall really great experience and I will always come to this place and recommend it to my friends. Worth every penny.

I stopped Bishops on a whim, and Cary C got me in right away. He did a really good job on my haircut, Cary is very knowledgeable about hair, and was a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely go back. Very convenient, and clean, they also have a nice product selection.

They messed up my undercut on one side so badly. when I sent them photos and explained what happened and that I wanted my money back, they offered me a free cut to fix it, but I declined and told them that I already had it fixed elsewhere and I want my money back. They read my message and never answered me again, now I get emails from them saying that the stylist that messed up my cut has available appointments. Don’t recommend at all.

I had a seriously damaging experience at Bishops with stylist Anna. I requested a balayage and clearly explained I had a wedding that weekend. Instead, my hair was chemically burned and left in three different uneven colors. The service was rushed. She sent me home with wet hair, stating she had other clients waiting. When I returned the next day, she performed a second bleaching, turned my roots almost black, and left the rest of my hair orange. My hair is now severely damaged and compromised. Management offered to bleach it again, which any professional knows is unsafe. I paid $300 and was denied a refund, including my tip. I am filing a formal complaint with the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology. I do not recommend Bishops to anyone who values hair health or professional service.
