Maria, Stuart & Wade are absolute gems — their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience so special. They were incredible with my son, making him feel comfortable and entertained, which made my visit so much more enjoyable. Every step of the process felt thoughtful and personalized, and when I left, my hair looked and felt amazing. Their skill and attention to detail are unmatched, and the laidback, inviting atmosphere of the salon made it a truly relaxing and uplifting experience. I’m beyond grateful to this salon for making my Valentine's day so memorable — they didn’t just give me a great haircut; they created an experience that left me feeling happy, confident, and cared for. The worst haircut I've got in Austin. Period. The girl who cut my hair was very inexperienced, wasn't knowledgeable about the haircut I wanted, which was just a simple taper fade and scissor cut. What I left with was anything but. And she kept mentioning how she was tired. Haircut was half assed and I am currently going to get my hair fixed at another barber shop and spend even more money. Don't waste your time with this place, it was convenient that they had a availability, but honest I can see why. This place sucks, just go to birds or Floyd's instead.

Probably the worst hair cutting experience I've ever had. Barber was outside smoking with his dog, came in to start the cut and didn't bother to wash his hands before. He reeked of cigarettes, really gross. Then when I tried to explain how I want my cut, he was pretty dismissive and a bit condescending. Sorry I don't know how to describe technique, it's literally your job to help my through a consultation. Then after he was done he pulled off my cape and got hair ALL over my clothing. Took a blow dryer to me then used a dirty washcloth to wipe my face 😐. Still walked out covered in hair. Never offered a hot towel finish or any product to complete the style. Every step from beginning to end was lazy. I will never go here again and recommend Honest down the street for a legit barber.

They always take great care of me - and my hair is not easy. Great price too. WADE is my man. He‘s efficient but takes his time, super attentive to directions/requests, knows his way around a cow-lick, and he’s a great guy. 10/10. Maria and Gabby are both excellent as well. I trust all 3 of them more than anyone else I’ve tried in Austin. Highly recommend.

Zach was AMAZING! He colored my daughter’s pixie cut from her natural blond to fire engine red and it looks incredible! Zach was so sweet and patient working with my 7yo. He explained everything he did before hand and made sure she was happy with it. He explained our choices and made sure we knew the pros and cons for each option. The results were so cool! Not only is Zach an incredibly talented colorist, he’s also a very lovely person. We will definitely be back.
