I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided regarding our recent roof leak. After contacting several companies, I was impressed by how prompt your team was. In particular, I want to commend Adrian for his professionalism and helpfulness through the repair process. He provided us with valuable information about our roof that we were previously unaware of, and his honest, straightforward approach was refreshing. I have worked with many roofing companies in the past, but I have never had an experience where I felt so clearly that I was in good hands. I knew this was going to be a very small job and Big Boy's construction sent someone out anyway. Robby took a look and was able to reattach the missing piece and secure the siding. He provided a great explanation of what potential issues could come up in the future. I will be using this business in the future for all of my siding and roofing needs. If anyone needs a reliable, honest, and kind business partner to cover your siding and roofing needs Big Boy's Construction is it. We have an area of our Roof that needs to be fixed, on top of our roof being 20+ years old and needing to be replaced eventually. Joe E. came to our house for an inspection and got us immaculate pictures of every angle of our roof along with our trim and gutters, etc. He was incredibly kind and thorough, not only during the inspection, but with the report and follow up phone calls as well. Highly recommend!!

Big Boy's Construction was very easy to work with. They were very thorough in their inspection of our roof for storm damage and collected lots of evidence to provide the insurance company. They also worked directly with insurance on getting everything covered and replaced. Pricing was reasonable and our entire roof was replaced in less than a day. Gutters and downspouts were completed on a separate day. I would definitely recommend Keith and Alex from Big Boy's Construction for any of your roofing or construction needs.

Robby from Big boy construction came and helped us when we had storm damage in our roof. They showed us we had a hole in our attic! They were knowledgeable and timely. We got our inspection, estimate, and repair all within 48hrs! They were professionals and great communicators. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!
