I have nothing but good things to say about BHC Roofing. The staff is top-notch - from owner Brandon, to sales rep Keith, to project manager Travis. All of the roofing crew were kind and hard working. Their follow up was excellent and my new roof looks great!

Brandyn and his team were terrific and highly recommend. Every part of the project was done extremely professionally with excellent communication. We love the addition they added to our house and I will absolutely endorse any future work from BHC. Thank you!

Roof/Back Gutters BHC worked with us and our insurance company for over a year. I am breaking down my ratings on sections of experience. We had a hail/wind storm in April 2024. I believe they were recommended on the Nextdoor app. The owner answered right away and got us set up for an inspection with Keith. 5 stars for customer service and getting our claim started. BHC took over all communication w/ insurance carrier. Keith kept in touch to let us know what was happening and moving. He is very respectful, does not make you feel like an idiot and shows you what he is doing every step of the way. 3 maybe 3.5 stars for roof replacement. Our roof was put on 6/2. I believe our insurance company settled in April or May of 2025. Installation had been delayed due to their schedule being backlogged because of all the snow and rain we had prior. I had no issue with the timing of the replacement. Totally fine with that. Once the install was done, we did receive some damage - Our Japanese maple got broken, our lavender plants were smashed, we found a random brick on the ground, we are not sure where it came from on the house, and one of our solar lights was damaged. They said they did not have measurements to build a protection unit over our plants. I was sad about that because it's been over a year since we started the project. I think they could have measured or delayed us a bit longer to get the items they needed. I know they were pressed for time. I believe they planned on our roof being a two day project, but it ended up being 3. The roof was bigger/steeper than they thought. I know they had to move fast to keep moving to the next project, which is understandable. As far as the install went, the shingles on the edge of the roof were curved up. There were one or two shingles pushed up that I was worried about getting ripped up if we had a wind storm come through. The flashing caulking job was not the best, and I was worried about wind driven rain getting into any of the openings on the flashing. I addressed all these concerns with the project manager, Tyler and he did have the crew leader come back out. He and a couple of his crew fixed the curved shingles, re-caulked the flashing, and nailed down any shingles that popped up. That was great. We appreciated the quick fixes. Then the gutters were put on the back of the house, I am not sure what happened back here, but after they were installed a shingle was sticking up on the end of the roof. Then we got a lot of rain in July and got a ceiling leak. I reached back out to Tyler. He sent his crew leader back over, he fixed the shingle sticking up on the back of the roof, and noticed that one of our box vents were not caulked properly and fixed that. A week later they sent an interior crew over to paint the ceiling that had a water stain. Overall, there were installation problems, but they fixed them as soon as they could. I don’t think they can fix my Japanese maple, but it is still sad to walk out and see it empty in one area. As of today 8/12, Keith is still working with my insurance to obtain the last bit of money they owe, but all else is good. I do NOT feel that BHC is a bad roofing company, at all. It has been a good experience working with them. They respond to my requests right away and they have always treated me with respect. I would still recommend them to anyone, as every company makes mistakes, but what matters is how they handle them & BHC responds quickly and fixes the issues ASAP.

BHC Roofing, worked so very hard to convince my insurance company that there truly was wind and hail damage. I now have a beautiful new roof thanks to BHC. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. They did a great job! I highly recommend BHC Roofing.
