I've been going to this location for 4 years and have nothing but the best to say. Their communication is top notch. I've had several prescriptions with prior authorization required and their office is happy to help and get it done quickly. I'm able to easily schedule online and get in within days. If I need questions answered or a refill, I send a message on the patient portal and it's usually answered same day. They are also great listeners and we work on my treatment plan together.

I work Pest Control and have had health concerns as I work around harmful chemicals a-lot, my dermatologist that performed my exam was very thorough; explaining all areas and was extremely kind about listening and answering my questions and concerns regarding my visit. I'd put this at the top of the list of Columbus Dermatologist offices, as they also do prioritize customer relationships which I find very professional and an important aspect of the totem pole in becoming a leader in their field.

The doctors themselves seem fine, just pretty rushed. But having to deal with the administrative staff is a nightmare. I've called them 4 times at this point and have even directly driven to the location trying to get them to fix their mistake with my prescription. They originally prescribed me the wrong number of pills. I know my pharmacy has called them multiple times as well. This has still not been fixed. I've talked to two different staff members on different days who both told me they'd have my doctor fix their mistake and then call me back. They did not. The office has also closed much earlier than their posted hours on each of the three business days I've been trying to get this fixed. They closed multiple hours earlier than expected on at least one of these days. When they're closed their phone service provides the option to talk to someone about urgent prescription needs. Except that person is not affiliated at all with Bexley Dermatology and is seemingly just a random confused person. That person told me that they weren't a doctor's office and that I must have the wrong number. If you're expecting professionalism or competency from your dermatologist you'll have to look elsewhere.

Do NOT recommend! The providers are fine but dealing with their front desk or scheduling is a nightmare. Rude answering calls, impolite when asked about rescheduling and unknowledgeable about appointments/scheduling.

Dr. Dobkin was wondeful, as was the front desk and nurse. Thorough, extremely quick but you don’t feel rushed at all and they genuinely welcome your questions. Every person I interacted with from the front desk check-in to end was personable, empathetic, funny, and kind. The doctor didn’t upsell expensive products, and broke down answers to my questions until I understood further since I’m brand new to skin care. First time to dermatologist, 10/10 would recommend :)
