Best roofing provided poor service. We asked for black shingles and they brought out a black, grayish color and tried to install gutters that supposedly went with the wrong shingle color that was brought out, despite of our asking of black gutters as well. They over book roofing jobs and have poor communication. I would not recommend. However their roofing crew were amazing, it's the contractor's that aren't so great! My apologies, I double checked my contract and it was a mixup. This message was intended for a different company in KC with a very similar name. Again, my apologies!

Francisco was awesome and very professional. He found some left over shingles on our roof from a previous contractors work. He inspected our roof as well. Great quick, service. Thanks Francisco.

Best Roofing KC did a great job on our roof replacement! Francisco walked us through all the information and was very transparent with any questions we had. He was helpful and quick to respond throughout the whole process. We are very happy with our new roof and would use their services again!

Francisco and Ysrael were wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Ysrael made sure the job was done correctly and I cannot think the roofers enough for working so hard to get it done in a day. It is wonderful to have peace of mind that my home is protected as it protects my family. They were also able to knock out my shed and make sure everything looked really good. Thank you!

Francisco walked us through every step and we completely understood what work was being done on the roof. The crew did a good job and everything we contracted for was completed. We went with Best because they promised to address all the issues with the roof and make sure they won't happen again. Even came out on Sunday to address a quick fix. Thanks for the good work.
