The infant through 3-year-old rooms deserve 100 stars — the care there is outstanding, and the assistant director is polite and professional. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the older kids’ program or the director. While a few part-time staff are amazing, the full-time staff follow the director’s lead — unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. The director lost my enrollment paperwork, refused to let me email it, and even threatened to remove my infant because I wouldn’t discuss my personal life with her. I also overheard her speaking about me and my child in a disrespectful way to staff. If your child is on the autism spectrum or you value professionalism, I do not recommend this daycare. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the incredible infant room staff — without the director, this daycare could be excellent.
