I went here for a sister spa day and we had the best time. The spa is absolutely gorgeous! The ambiance is perfect and truly sets the tone for relaxation and luxury. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a serene escape. The staff and service were flawless, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Such a luxurious, peaceful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be returning!

I recently booked a spa day with my girlfriends. We each got a massage and a facial. The therapists and aestheticians were AMAZING! We reserved the serenity room for our party. They stocked it with yummy finger foods and mimosas. It was such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere throughout the spa. I would highly recommend visiting them. The staff went above and beyond for us and made us feel comfortable and serene.

Balanced Soul Wellness was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend scheduled me a massage and facial here and I had never gotten either before so I was a bit nervous but when I walked in my nerves quickly faded. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming and explained every step of the process to me. Let me start with saying it is in a great area and you can tell the staff does everything they can to keep everything neat and tidy. The atmosphere was fantastic and for sure makes you start to relax from the moment you walk in. First, I had my massage with Deandrea. She was super sweet and gave me a quick rundown of the services I was scheduled to get and explained each one to me beforehand. I went from feeling nervous and awkward to knowing I was in good hands. Deandrea for sure knows what she is doing! She was professional the whole time and I can say without a doubt that I definitely needed that massage more than I thought I did lol! Then, I had a facial scheduled with Wendy. Wendy was also very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She explained each step to me and what each product used would do for my skin. I had some clogged pores and she helped clean up my skin and I could 100% see a difference when I walked out! Both of these women were so professional and knowledgeable about what they do and I absolutely recommend either of them! They made sure I had a wonderful visit and enjoyed my time there!

Had the best massage here by Riho! Studio is SUPER CUTE! The whole studio smells like a calming aromatherapy scent! Update: I went here again for a second time and had a wonderful massage experience! Only weird part was they charged my card before my service.

Love this place soooo much. Aesthetics 20/10! Service 10/10. I got a hot stone massage today and it was AMAZING! They have a serenity room that’s perfect for you to sit while you wait for them to get your room ready. They gave me champagne after my massage and sat me in a chair to wine 🍷 down ☺️. Definitely going back.
