We’ve had an amazing experience with BFA Harrison West. Our two children go here full-time, and we can’t say enough positive things about the wonderful staff and overall learning experience! Everything from the staff, to the curriculum, to the food served is top notch - we also love the app where we get daily updates on our kids and can chat with their caregivers.

Balanced Family Harrison West is nothing short of amazing. From day one, they treated our son with the utmost respect and showed him the kind of love, patience, and attentiveness that every parent hopes to find in a childcare center. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond—celebrating milestones, encouraging his growth, and making sure he felt safe, understood, and cared for. We were so sad to leave, not because of anything lacking, but because they created such a special, nurturing environment that felt like an extension of our own family. The memories he made, the confidence he built, and the friendships he formed are things we will always cherish. Balanced Family Harrison West has set the bar incredibly high, and we are forever grateful for the impact they’ve had on our son. We are so grateful for our time at Balanced Family Academy. Both of our children absolutely thrived here. From the moment we enrolled, the teachers and staff created such a warm, nurturing, and structured environment that truly felt like an extension of our family. The curriculum balances play, academics, and social-emotional growth beautifully. Leo entered kindergarten confident, curious, and well-prepared thanks to the strong foundation BFA provided. Winny loved every moment—she grew more independent, expressive, and social, all while being surrounded by teachers who genuinely cared for her as an individual. Communication with parents was always excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful activities, nutritious meals, and the emphasis on both wellness and learning. We could see how intentional the staff was in helping our kids develop both academically and personally. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but we leave with hearts full of gratitude. Balanced Family Academy gave our children such a wonderful start—we can’t recommend them highly enough!

After attending other daycares, my son spent his Pre-K year at BFA of Harrison-West. And honestly, this has been so far the best year of his life! He’s more than ready for kindergarten knowing his ABCs, reading simple words, counting to 100 and starting to do simple additions and subtractions. The teachers are doing an amazing job preparing children academically as well as taking care of their social and emotional development. They teach them with kindness and patience how to problem-solve, regulate big emotions and stand for themselves. Children have many extracurricular activities exploring nature, music, and yoga. This summer the class enjoyed a field trip to ZOO, countless splash days, Pre-K graduation, as well as many opportunities for family get togethers at play dates, Fall festival or Trunk-or-Treat. Every single teacher and staff member put their heart, soul, and so much effort into this school and we all can feel it. Thank you for all you do! It feels so good to see everyone’s smiling faces in the morning!

Choosing BFA Harrison West for our son’s daycare was one of the best decisions we could have made. The level of care here is everything you could hope for in a daycare and more. From day one, it was clear that the staff truly cares for each child as if they were their own. Our son was in the Bees and Bears rooms, and the consistency in staffing made a huge difference. The teachers are experienced, nurturing, and incredibly dedicated, creating a warm and loving environment that gave us so much peace of mind.
