Baker, Sullivan and Hoover is an amazing company and my experience with them could not have been any better. Staff is professional and very kind and Jay Hoover is absolutely the best financial planner possible. Jay is a CFP and as I discovered, that means a lot. The plan that I recieved from Jay will truly effect my future as well as my entire family in a tremendous way. I cannot say thank you enough to Jay Jay Hoover and the team at Baker Sullivan and Hoover Scott Mittler

Baker Sullivan Hoover is amazingly acute to the financial business needs of the average entrepreneur. They have helped us grow and their attention to detail and willingness to teach us about our books makes them one of my favorite vendor partners.

Fortuitous is a term I reserve to describe the rare days when I meet someone who goes on to have a major impact on my life. The list is short, but Jay Hoover is on it. Jay has been a friend and counselor to me for years on all things pertaining to business...my personal business, and my business business. Likewise, his team is exceptional in every way. From tax accounting to financial planning, life planning to just plain old good solid advice, that's what I count on from Jay, and the entire team at BSH. Fortuitous indeed.

Very insightful and forward-thinking group of financial advisors. Jay and his team do just about everything for my company...P/L, payroll, tax reporting, personal taxes. With an integrated approach like this, it frees me up to run my business because they have all the pieces needed to make the right recommendations. Jay is a very inquisitive person and wants to know everything about my business. That helps him see things I need to know. His ability to translate a P/L into real English is a tremendous time-saver for me and helps me know what's happening beyond the numbers!
