Austin Pro Siding, Windows & Roofing

Idk what it is about roofing companies but it is a PAIN to find a good one! I spent weeks sourcing bids and trying to find the right company to replace my roof and gutters and do some other repairs on siding, fascia & soffit. Austin Pro was absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Paul Hale and he was wonderful -- I know ZERO about roofs and he was straightforward and knowledgeable and also didn't drive me INSANE (some of those companies send the weirdest people to your home, many I couldn't wait to get rid of!). But Paul was very clear about the process and explained everything to me. I never felt like he was pushing me to do something that wasn't necessary and he gave me straight answers on what needed to be done vs what could wait. Felt like a really solid, trustworthy partnership. The crew was amazing as well - cleaned up everything very nicely and got everything done with stellar quality. I highly recommend working with Ausin Pro, specifically Paul, for your roofing and / or siding work!

We contacted Austin Pro Siding as part of a comprehensive siding replacement project, as our fiberboard siding was end-of-life and starting to really have problems that would have only gotten worse. Along the way, we also discovered that we needed to have the roof replaced, and so put that in the mix for a bid as well. We contacted six different companies, each of which brought a particular set of strengths and challenges. We chose Austin Pro based on a combination of factors: personalized attention to our project, comprehensive estimate and explanation of each line item, and ability to get the project done on a timeline that worked for us. We chose to have the house re-sided with Hardie Plank, painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, and re-shingled the roof with GAF shingles. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the process of basically re-doing the entire house, especially when insurance companies come into play. To that end, everyone at Austin Pro was first rate. Before we even settled on a contractor, Paul, our project manager, walked me through the intricacies of the process, and spent probably more time than he wanted explaining how things would go, and what options we had. The bid was competitive, and the line-by-line items on the original bid made it easy to see what was going to be done, and what materials were going to be used. He was patient and courteous and flexible, and was also able to speak to us in a way that didn't make things even more confusing. Kevin was the siding project lead, and though we never met in person, I felt comfortable that he had our best interests at heart as he got the crew on site, working fast and efficiently to remove and replace the siding. He even called in the middle of the siding job to tell us that we didn't need something we thought we would, saving us money that we could then use for add-ons we didn't originally budget for. The siding install and siding paint was done beyond our initial expectations, with nice touches like window framing and utility box framing that I didn't even know we needed but now look perfect. We had the back door repainted as well as our front balcony and pillars, and the end result is fantastic. It really was done to the point where it looks like a brand new house, and not one built in the early 1990s. Paul was back on site for the roofing job, and the roofers did a great job removing and replacing the shingles and skylight with new materials, on a roof that is exceptionally steep and challenging. They had the entire project done in only two days, and it looks fantastic. Finally, Garrett came by to do the final walk-through and punch list check-off, and was a real pleasure to interact with. He fulfilled all the items on the list, at least the ones he could do on his own, and did so in a friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient manner. All in all, Austin Pro lived up to their name and to their reputation. It is possible to find a company that can do your big jobs for less, but I am not sure you could find one that could do it better. They stand by their work with a quality assurance guarantee, and while I don't intend to need it, it's great that it's there.

Recently I purchased a small bardo cabin on a lake and needed to replace all my windows. I decided on Austin Pro due to their knowledge of the products they offered and showed me. They listened to all my requests and really took the time to measure everything thoroughly. With in a few weeks they called me to tell me my windows had arrived to their office and we set up a date for install. Unfortunately I could not make the install date work last minute because of my work schedule but I felt like I didn’t need to be there because they made the process easy. I gave them the code to them for the cabin and they started. I glanced a few times to watch them on my cameras and they were very focused on getting the job done. I came up to the cabin a few days later and you could not tell they had even been there, they cleaned up so well. The windows look incredible and keep my cabin a lot cooler. I have noticed my A/C is not running as often as well due to staying cooler. I would highly recommend Austin Pro for any of your home exterior needs, they are real professionals. J. Allen

Austin Pro Siding transformed the exterior of our home with new windows, insulation, sheathing, siding, painting, fascias, gutters, and garage doors. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and every crew member was professional, courteous, and took pride in their work. It was great having one team handle all of the work and coordinate everything seamlessly. Our 75 year old house looks brand new again. I had a lot of questions along the way and was particular about many details and sequencing, and the team was always easy to reach, patient, and great to talk to. We had to replace our aging roof and Austin Pro did a fantastic job! Brian and James were both were totally professional and awesome. James was the onsite contact and we couldn't have asked for better. Scheduling, material delivery, installation, and clean up were all fully communicated and went smoothly. Future projects include exterior painting and possible window replacement and we plan on using them again. We would wholeheartedly recommend Austin Pro.
