Pros: The actual treatments were amazing...the Piña colada body scrub and coconut lime massage left me feeling truly relaxed, and the aesthetician/massage therapist were professional, friendly, and responsive to my needs. I felt the prices for the spring specials were reasonable for what I ultimately got. Cons: The facilities themselves were quite dated like many locations in Vegas. The waiting area was a bit cold to my liking, and there were not any options beside the steam shower while you wait. If you are expecting a full-service/luxury spa where you can experience a "spa day" you will leave disappointed. If you are looking to come in, get a good treatment, and go about your business, it is perfectly acceptable.

I recently visited Amina Spa for their spring special and left with mixed feelings. While the actual massage was fantastic, the experience before and after left quite a bit to be desired—especially when it came to pricing clarity and customer service. As a guest of the hotel, I booked the seasonal special that was advertised at $125, with an additional 20% discount for hotel guests. So naturally, I expected the final price to reflect that. However, when I checked in, I was told the total—including gratuity—would be $167. After asking about the hotel discount, the total was adjusted to $137. But that still didn’t make sense, because if the discounted rate was $100, the added gratuity came out to 37%, and I had no choice or input in the matter. It was just presented to me as the fixed price, which felt unfair—especially since gratuity is typically left to the client’s discretion. On top of that, I asked at the front desk if I could start my treatment early, since I arrived well before my scheduled time. The receptionist initially said yes and checked me in—but then, after leading me to the locker room, told me I actually couldn’t begin until my original appointment time. So I ended up waiting for almost an hour with little to do. The spa amenities are very limited—just a steam room—so it wasn’t the most relaxing wait. That said, the massage itself was excellent. My therapist was professional, attentive, and delivered a truly therapeutic experience. The massage table was comfortable, though I do wish it had been a bit warmer for better relaxation. In summary: the massage was well worth it, but the poor communication around pricing, gratuity, and scheduling really took away from the overall spa experience. If you’re going for the treatment alone, you’ll likely leave happy. But if you’re expecting full-service luxury and transparency, you might end up frustrated.

I booked a spa treatment here after reading the positive Google reviews and has to add my own positive reviews. I booked the Fiji coconut milk and honey treatment (80min) and added a 25 min deep tissue massage for my back and shoulders. The treatment and massage were PHENOMENAL. The whole body exfoliation was so refreshing, followed by a hot stone rub which was so soothing on my side muscles and acts like a light whole body massage. Then the body wrap just moisturizes everything and you feel amazing. Also had a scalp massage which was so relaxing as well. Virginia is amazing. Service here is too notch. The spa isn't huge and doesn't have all the extras that other hotels have but it's incredibly clean and the services are high quality especially for the price. I would definitely come back. Be prepared to be pampered, relaxed, soothed and comforted. You won't regret it.

2-25-23 Back today, winter peppermint Pedicure. Happy Feet once again. Come alittle early and enjoy a zen moment in the relaxing waiting room. Soundscape music, breath in breath out. 11-11-22 ,We returned for the Fall Special, Pumpkin spice Pedicure. My wife's birthday week, so we went for a couples spa Day. Our nail technician was Fantastic. We are coming back for the Spa Winter Special. #JUSTHAVINGFUN

The massage was great but the amenities were quite sparse. The location of the relaxation room was surrounded by hallways that are only separated by curtains, resulting in the echo of the activity and conversation happening all around.
