Amie's Quality Cleaning

We needed someone new who would be thorough cleaning our home. Megan was on time, got straight to work and didn’t stop until everything was finished. The attention she paid to detail was second to none. Plus she had a wonderful upbeat personality 😄Very happy with this service.

We had a partial flood in our house from a water line break back in November. Once all the reconstruction work was finally finished, we had Amie's crew come in to do a deep clean. Amber and Lisa did a great job! They even cleaned the ceiling fan blades. I appreciate that they did not use products with strong scents because I am sensitive to that. The only thing that wasn't 100% wonderful was the stainless steel cleaner they used left streaks on my appliances. I let Amie know and she said she would mark our file that in the future just to use a damp microfiber cloth on them. I believe she will remember that, because ahead of the cleaning I sent her some comments about our flood, and I could tell she had passed those along to Amber and Lisa. I definitely recommend this business. They probably are more expensive than others, but I feel they are worth it because they hire good people and pay them a good wage.

I’ve been newly postpartum with my third baby during the holidays. Kimmi has been to our home multiple times, every other week, and has helped to get our home back into shape and ready for holidays and visitors. I especially appreciate how she has always worked around me and the kids being home. Ellie was with her today and she also did a great job thoroughly cleaning the playroom and kitchen - two very busy areas! Thank you so much for your kind work, ladies!

I had a deep cleaning on January 2 from the team at Amie’s. I was impressed throughout the entire process of booking the cleaning, the deep cleaning of my house, checking out after they were done, and follow up afterwards by the company. They don’t use heavy scents, which usually means to me that my house doesn’t feel clean. But that was not the case with Amie’s, my house felt and smelled clean even without any strong scent. I was impressed and will be using them again.

Amie was very responsive and provided a quote quickly. We emailed and texted and she came to see the house so she’d know what it looked like and what I was looking for. She was flexible and worked with us on scheduling. We did a deep clean in two parts, and all the cleaning techs did an awesome job. Lailonnie, Myrna, and Alex worked hard and were very friendly and professional. After the first day, Amie checked in to see how things went and I mentioned a few things that there hadn’t been enough time for. She made sure that those things would be done on the second visit, and they were. I so appreciate them and the job they did getting my house clean and feeling good. I definitely recommend! I didn’t take pictures of everything, but here are some I did take. We have a ways to go in terms of getting our stuff organized and having a place for everything, but having a clean house is amazing and so helpful!
