She walked me through everything from my claim, inspection, and shingle selection. She even went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at the office when she thought my husband and I arrived together and he had to leave, leaving me without a ride. Bennie was incredibly reliable throughout the process. He showed up with Debbie for my adjuster meeting, stayed in contact with me, answered questions along the way, and made sure I received all of my receipts and detailed photos of the finished roof. The crew was extremely professional and left no materials behind.
