We had a very positive experience with Alternative Roofing when we replaced our roof. The efficient, fast skilled work team finished on time and did a good job cleaning up, too. Good, courteous communication from helpful Kristian. John Morath phoned the day after the completion to check in. I appreciated that and told him I am glad he supports WYPR with his advertising dollars. All in all an excellent company for your roofing needs.

This is a long overdue review for Alternative Roofing, and specifically my family's experience with Jeff. We found the whole team to be very communicative, fair, kind, and professional. They were super efficient and to me, Jeff felt like he was truly invested in our satisfaction with both the specific repairs and the overall experience of hiring the company. As we start looking ahead to possibly taking on larger projects, Alternative Roofing has been at the forefront of who we plan to ask for quotes from. Can't say enough good things about my experience with them!

Clark and the team are very responsive, prompt, professional, and kind. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately, and to my satisfaction. I did not feel uneasy, once, throughout the process. An added and important benefit to working with Alternative Roofing was the price. Very competitive and honest. We were referred to Alternative Roofing through our home warranty, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Scheduling was quick and convenient, and I really appreciated the short appointment window. Instead of the usual 4–6 hour wait, we were told between 1:30–2:00 pm, and they arrived on time. Josh was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue quickly. He also inspected our roof and confirmed that we still have another decade before needing a replacement. This exactly what we were told when we purchased our home. I highly recommend Alternative Roofing. They were respectful of our time, a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, honest. Thank you!
