I want to give a strong recommendation for Alma Roofing and especially highlight the outstanding work by Dar. Dar wears a lot of hats for the company and it shows in how he manages projects. He coordinated the crew, handled ordering customized shingles, addressed homeowner concerns, and kept the project moving forward despite scheduling challenges. What really stood out was his ability to prioritize our home when we had an open roof and a major rainstorm approaching. He understood the urgency and made sure our house was moved up in the schedule so the roof could be secured before the weather hit. Dar consistently followed up and followed through. His words are matched with action, which is something you don’t always see in construction. Communication was clear, concerns were handled professionally, and the job kept moving in the right direction. When you have someone directing the work who truly takes ownership of the project, it makes a huge difference. ALMA was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Yuval and his crew. They did a complete roof replacement for my building. He laid out all options and went over everything with us in a very detailed manner. Gave us all the information and helped us make the best decision for our needs. All our questions were answered and we were never pressured in any way. Yuval was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of deciding which way we would go on our roof. Once the project began they were professional and hardworking. Updates were given every morning and after the work day. We had a hiccup with the weather/rain in the beginning of the project. The guys jumped into action right away to cover any exposed areas, so that the rain did not cause any damage. Weather permitting, they were right back to work and finished quickly. They custom made things for our project at no extra cost. No corners were cut in anyway. Yuval and his guys really went above and beyond with their workmanship and customer service. Yuval was available day or night. He always took my calls and answered any questions I had. I am so glad we went with ALMA for our new roof. The price was great and the quality is top notch. Customer service and professionalism are elite. I strongly encourage and recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

Alma Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof for one of our properties. HOA's rarely have to deal with replacing a roof since that is something that happens every 40 years but Alma Roofing made it easy to understand the different options. From the very beginning they were very communicative in laying out the different plans and staying within their overall budget. Yuval was very involved the entire process until the very end. He wanted the community to be satisfied with the end product. Alli and their entire team was very responsive through the whole process and easy to get a hold of. The inspector mentioned that this was a great roof and could last more than 40 years and possibly 50 years. Here are some photos of the final product. Alma Roofing did a great job of re-roofing a section of our education building at Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church where I serve as part of volunteer facility maintenance team. A bad leak had developed and Yuval and the Alma team identified two sources for that leak. They were able to fix both problem areas as they installed the new roof that will prevent future leaks. Choosing roof tiles was easy thanks to the many options and real examples Yuval shared from other projects. Also, the roof was missing wood fascia for a gutter to attach, which they not only added but color matched to the home and custom painted. They also fixed a broken fence board for me just out of kindness. My new roof and gutters are absolutely beautiful; this wasn’t just maintenance—it was a way to care for a home that holds so many memories.
