All Season Windows, Siding & Roofing

Although we are not moving forward with our window replacement project at this time, we did have a positive experience with Justin at All Seasons. He took the time to connect on a personal level, treated us respectfully, and didn't press us with some of the typical hard sell techniques we've experienced elsewhere. They were not the least expensive quote we received, but they did offer some flexibility with pricing. We will keep them in mind for future projects.

We worked with ASW for an unplanned replacement of 5 windows in our 75 yr old home. We had water intrusion issues after a roofing replacement (from a different vendor). Skylar Millen got us set up with a quality deal for Milgard windows and we're super pleased with the outcome. All Season was not the cheapest bid, but we chose for them for peace of mind and attention to detail that Skylar brought to the project. He looked at the issue from the roof down to ensure we'd solve the water problem, not just get new windows. He worked with us on various adjustments and kept the price competitive at a time when we needed that consideration. The install team worked quickly-all windows completed in 2 days despite some rain. We had a few tricky trim situations around brick and the team stopped at each point to show us their solution and confirm we understood and were happy before finalizing. My only regret is that we didn't have Skylar and All Season's contact info sooner. I think they would have saved our roof project from the start.

We contracted with All Season for 3 doors and 21 windows. I’ll start with we never should have signed that contract. There was zero cost breakdown to speak of. Due to some issues that led us to re-select windows, our doors came in and were installed first. It was a mess from the beginning. We never ever met Luke, our project manager, and the communication was awful. The delivery driver for the doors was expecting someone from the company, but whatever, I can be accommodating and worked with the driver to leave the doors in a large rack in our driveway. The following week, the very nice install crew came to do the work. It was clear they needed more than one day to do the work, but they were only scheduled for one and rushed to try and finish. The moment they left, we realized there was a huge gap at the bottom of our front door and a second door. It took over a week to get the door rack removed from our driveway and longer to get an interim solution to the door, which ended up needing to be reordered. Trying to work with Luke was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life and ultimately led us to narrow the scope of work to just the doors. It took a month to get a cost breakdown for the 3 doors, which they billed us over $10,000 for and another 2 weeks to get the remainder of our deposit back. The owner was looped in on countless emails and did not help at all. I had one phone conversation with him even where he spent most of the time defending Luke’s lack of follow through. Do not under any circumstance use this company.

I had a great experience with All Season. I needed to replace my old and rotting cedar shingles. I got 3 quotes and I went with All Season, mainly due to to Scott, who worked with me to get my project within my budget. I liked the 3-D imaging they did and he provided different options and ideas. The crew that did the work did a beautiful job. Raul and his team were excellent. They found a number of spots of rot that had to be dealt with and they did the work quickly. The painters did a great job on the trim, and all of the crew kept my property clean and left it far better than they found it. From start to finish, the team at All Season were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly from start to finish (quote to follow-up). After phoning three firms, All Seasons was the first and only to schedule an assessment within a few days. The install crew was on-time and efficient, professional and friendly. They provided information and answered questions. We are so pleased to have energy-efficient and working windows in our mid-century Portland home (with rebates from the Energy Trust of OR). I should have done this years ago.
