From start to finish, the ABRC team delivered truly Five‑Star service on my tile roof underlayment replacement. My roof design presented a few challenges, but their communication, professionalism, on-going updates, photos, and genuine care impressed me every step of the way. Daniel and the crew — Luis and James — absolutely knocked it out of the park. Juan, the project manager, answered every question I threw at him and showed me more photos of my roof than I ever expected to see. Alejandra handled all the scheduling flawlessly and kept me informed throughout. Sergio walked me through the entire process before work began, explained what to expect, and answered every question. He returned after the job was completed to do a final inspection. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, thorough, and clearly committed to doing the job right. It was a true team effort, and it showed in the final result – that is why I highly recommend ABRC!

Had my roof replaced in 2023 and have had no problems. Selling my house and Juan Lara came out checked everything and for nothing because I had used them before. He was very through and checked everything including crack in other parts of my house including paint and found nothing wrong with roof even though the company who came out to check roof had a lot of repairs. Found a few issues and made suggestions. So glad I used them to do my roof. Have a 7 year warranty because I did upgrade materials. Very personable and knowledgeable. No charge.

ABRC replaced my patio's roof including the installation of flashing that the original builderfrom 25 years ago had not. Juan and his assistant did the job in less than a day. The roof replacement was done in cooler December weather and Juan showed me that the rolls of roofing material didn't flatten down the way it would during hotte weather. Juan told me he would return the following week after it settled more and then use a heating tool tool to get it to lay completely flat. Juan returned just as he promised and finished the job. I no longer worry about my patio roof!!!! Thank's Juan

We have had roof Repair few years ago and got warranties recently had some hail concerns.also t The individual from company noted. There was issues with the past repairs.. staff person says the plan to send us a quote on hail concerns I asked about the concerns of the other roof repairs needed. That should be under warranty.. Staff reported it was only hail concerns The individual who checked it out said verbally to us differently and point out warranty issues . I asked to speak to. Manager/owner. She Informed me she explained. It is only hail issues We have waited for 2 weeks to get the paper info … She tells me they. Are having phone issues as well as System computer issues… I feel she has been evading me. My question how can this company manage their business and have these poor communication problems. . I finally got the work proposal. There are prices I do not understand. Can not understand there explanation I contact other roofers for prices and they were like 3000.00 less. Company will not stand up to the workman ship issues.Say it is cost to repair for hail damage. Other roofers says yes have hail damage but poor . I asked to speak to manager/ owner she wanted know why since she explained the situation… Well finally I received email from management Sergio. Again only discussed the hail concerns Nothin addressing poor workmanship. Please I suggest I strongly advise this company business Practices are poor. The owner will not call us to discuss our concerns.I There communication is poor and their workman ship is bad . I submitted a compliant with better business bureau Respectfully a customer who feels betrayed by this company .

Juan Lara of ABRC did a thorough inspection of the state of my roof. He then came out to patch up the bad spots that needed immediate attention. His conduct throughout has been knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant, and he has taken pictures and explained everything thoroughly. It has been a pleasure to work with Juan, Sergio and Alejandra of ABRC, and I expect to do more with them for my roof work.
