We've been having problems with our 12-year-old dishwasher and called Alanta Appliance, based on the reviews. We needed a new motor,, which Kale ordered and installed next day. He is very genial and no-fuss and cdrtainly knows his appliances.

LG freezer component of french door fridge stopped colling and A Plus (Tony) replaced it with a n/c warranty replacement on July 9, 2024 with labor costs $600+ and the compressor now was making very loud noise which we tolerated since freezer was working. Same problem began late May-early June, 2025. Tony came on June 6, 2025 and recharged the coolant which he said was a little low; he also adjusted the compressor which he said was larger than the original and was pressing against some metal component - no more noise and freezer was working (no charge for that service call). Problem began again and I called June 27, 2025 (Friday) and was told someone would call me the Monday, June 30, since it was already late afternoon. No call back on Monday. I called Tuesday July 1, 2025, at 10am and was told someone would definitely call me later that day. I called back at 4:25pm since I had not heard from anyone. I was told I would definitely hear from someone the next day. No call back on July 2. I called today (July 3) at 8:45am and Lynett was surprised no one had called me yet. She called bacj and told me they could look at it for $369 but that the tech recommended i should get a new refrigerator. I told her i was disappointed in that response. She said she would have someone call me to discuss. At 10:48 she texted the following to me: "A plus here…I told the tech that you were disappointed in the response and he responded the fridge is defective and will continue to give you problems. He said someone mentioned that before. Anyway…have a nice holiday weekend!" So, we concluded they just didn't want to deal with us anymore. Even though Tony was great, we will not be calling A Plus again.
