I had my siding replaced. The owner Justin met with me to discuss options. He and Jevon were very patient and caring. They wanted to make sure I received the best product for the house and for my situation. I appreciated that, and they were great to work with. I went with steel siding, charcoal gray, and no vertical seems. The crew was great as well. They installed the siding in 10 work-days and worked long hours each day. I appreciated that as well. Great job team, and great company!

It was a great experience. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The crew was quick and through. We were kept informed throughout the entire project. The new roof looks great. Prices were reasonable and other than moving some items from around the outside of the house, we didn't have to worry about anything. I'm very pleased and am planning on hiring them for some other projects around the house.

From the moment we met the owner, Justin, at the Iowa State Fair, I was impressed by his professionalism and courteous demeanor. We had A New Look Exteriors replace our windows, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Communication was great from start to finish. Justin(owner) showed up on time and responded quickly any time we reached out. Mike (project manager) was also great with communication. He and Justin showed up to check on the project randomly throughout the process. Irwin and his crew worked hard, did not rush and were very skilled. He and the crew seemed to truly care about the project and the finished product. We requested no heavy equipment on our permeable paver driveway. They were respectful of our request and made special provisions to work around it. We had a few issues arise during the project. Justin, Mike and Irwin responded quickly and addressed our concerns. The crew cleaned the yard and work space exceptionally well at the end of each work day. We recommend A New Look Exteriors based on their communication, follow through, timeliness and workmanship. We are very happy with the New Look of our home! :-)
