Service was excellent from when I called to get an estimate until the end of the project. Tad was very helpful and informative. I did not feel pressured in any way. The work was scheduled really quickly. The time the crew took to replace our entire roof took half a day. I liked how the crew covered our home to avoid damage and the cleanup afterwards was thorough. I highly recommend!

I waited to leave this review until the work was completed so I could give a fair assessment. Overall, my experience with 314 Roofing’s operations and sales team was fine. Burke was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, helpful, and even pointed out an issue unrelated to my roof repair/maintenance, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were multiple scheduling and communication issues. I was scheduled for a specific day, but the repair team arrived well before the scheduled date with no prior notice, and this happened twice. The scope of work included sealing all vent boots, replacing a few damaged shingles, and resealing all gutter corners. While this was a relatively small job, the price was not inexpensive, so expectations were higher. After the first visit, I inspected the two main issues that prompted the additional recommendations and found that neither had been completed. The vent boot was still not sealed (I could see light from the attic), and the leaking gutter corner was still leaking. I contacted Burke, who responded immediately and had the team return. The vent boot was fixed, but as of the date of this review, the gutter is still leaking. I’m not sure if the repair crews are subcontractors, but quality control appears to be inconsistent. While the office-side experience was solid, the execution in the field did not fully align with expectations. I plan to eventually replace the roof with a low-maintenance system, but based on this experience, I may consider other options when that time comes.

I began the process to replace my aging and leaking roof by obtaining several quotes. After a thorough roof inspection and several pricing-level proposals from sales rep Burke Abercrombie, I signed a re-roofing contract with 314 Roofing. On installation day, the materials and crew arrived before sunrise and completed the removal of the old roof, performed some attic rafter repairs, installed the new roof, and cleaned up everything by sunset. On-site project manager Jose Almanzar closely supervised the work from beginning to end. All in all, 314 Roofing performed the work according to my expectations and the details outlined in the contract. I particularly appreciated their care in protecting my landscaping & pool, cleaning up all the roof debris, and magnetically sweeping the area for nails & screws at the end of the job.
