Best ZoomCare to go to if you want none of your concerns listened to. Karen is one of the coldest and least empathetic providers I’ve ever met with and I’ve been coming to ZoomCare since 2017. I came in for a suspected concussion with symptoms of nausea, dizziness, light sensitivity, and a headache (I’ve had about four or five concussions that were confirmed by medical appointments so I’m familiar). I asked for a doctor’s note for today and the following day, any meds that could help me with my headache and nausea, and she told me that based on my exam, I didn’t need to take a day off and I didn’t need meds. She’s the kind of provider who gaslights their patients into thinking they don’t know their own bodies and they aren’t experiencing any discomfort. I left the appointment still feeling nauseous, with a pounding headache, no prescribed meds, no doctors note for the following day, and not even any recommendations on what over the counter meds I can take to alleviate the pain and nausea I’m feeling. I hope the site puts providers up on the webpage again so I know when to avoid booking with her. She’s the kind of provider I wouldn’t recommend seeing if you have a hard time advocating for yourself in medical settings.

This was the first time I visited ZoomCare. The process was easy. The healthcare was excellent. I was especially grateful for the communication skills. This is my default clinic for urgent care now. Thank you!

First experience with ZoomCare. Easily scheduled a same-day appointment for dog-bitten finger. Convenient location. Great quality of care. Completely satisfied. I’ll be back when necessary.

I highly recommend this location if you don't want to be listened to, if you don't want to have your concerns cared for, or if you don't want relief from whatever ailment led you to making an appointment. Pros: I booked an 11:40am appointment. I was checked in quickly and taken to the back quickly. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Cons: Jennifer refused to treat my concern. Friday morning (three days ago) I woke up covered in hives. When it hadn't gotten any better by this morning (Monday), I made an appointment. She took photos of my skin, Googled the daily allergy medicine I was taking and asked if I was taking the 24-hour dose (which clearly states on the bottle to only take once per day), consulted a colleague and the best they could come up with was to tell me to take the over the counter allergy medicine three times per day (instead of the once per day that's listed in the directions). She refused to even give me any topical medications to treat my skin concern. Instead, she told me to come back in two days as though it's acceptable for me to continue being uncomfortable after I've already been pretty miserable for over three days. I left and was lucky enough to get an appointment later this afternoon with a dermatologist who diagnosed my condition, gave me samples, and sent a topical cream to the pharmacy, which was ready in a couple of hours. If you want to waste time and not have your voice heard, this is the place for you. If you want to receive comprehensive treatment, I strongly suggest you seek medical attention elsewhere.

If I could rate it zero I would! I’ve used ZoomCare a couple of times before, but this recent visit was very disappointing. I went on Monday around 4:00 PM and was told they couldn’t see me, and that I should book an appointment for the following day. I scheduled one for 4:15 PM on Tuesday and even arrived early at 3:30. After waiting in the lobby, I was brought back at 3:40 for what should have been a simple symptom check. I also had one additional concern I wanted to discuss—something that would have taken less than five minutes. However, the doctor ended the visit by 3:45, saying she couldn’t address my second concern because another patient was waiting. This was frustrating, as I was early, and there was only one other person in the office. Both the assistant and the doctor came across as cold, dismissive, and insincere. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them, despite the office not being busy. I paid my deductible, and I’m sure my insurance will still be billed hundreds of dollars for a five-minute visit where my concerns weren’t fully addressed. Overall, I left very disappointed and will not be returning to this ZoomCare for urgent needs in the future.
