Chris, Juan, and Brian were awesome! They were on time and moved our outdoor kitchen. It was over rocks, through trees, and a tight gate. It was quick. These guys are Beasts, the grill kitchen weighed over 500 pounds, they picked it up and placed it exactly where we asked them. Moving sucks, but Chris, Juan, and Brian absolutely do not! I had an excellent experience with Thomas Ricky & Ivy Moving Company! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very careful with my belongings. They handled everything with great attention and made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they worked quickly without cutting corners. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company, I highly recommend Thomas Ricky & Ivy. I would definitely use their services again! 10/10

I have used ZippyShell for my own personal moves, and I’ve also referred many clients and family members over the years. I’ve been with them since the very beginning—back when they were locally owned—so when they transitioned to corporate ownership, I was admittedly a little apprehensive about using them again. I recently used ZippyShell for both a personal move and their warehouse storage accommodations, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded my expectations. The initial move-out felt like a “red carpet” event (they may use blue carpet 😄). The crew was top-notch—friendly, professional, efficient, and they made the move-out process seamless. Months later, once I was ready to move into my new home, I called to have my storage cage delivered. The process was quick, organized, and incredibly easy. During the unloading, an umbrella table was discovered to be broken. The movers immediately notified their supervisor, took photos, and followed proper procedure on the spot. Shortly after, the GM, Terry, personally contacted me so I could voice my concerns. He handled everything from there—reassured me, followed through, and credited me for the damaged item without any hassle. Truly easy peasy. For a company that is now corporately owned, ZippyShell still maintains that original “owner-operated” feel—accountable, responsive, and customer-focused. I absolutely recommend them for both moving and storage, and I’ll continue to confidently refer my clients to them.

Chris, Juan, Thomas and Leslie were amazing! This crew was on time, dependable and knew their stuff! They were efficient, friendly and careful with our property. These guys worked so well together, like a well oiled machine! The trucks were clean and well maintained. We highly recommend Zippy Shell. I'm delayed in posting this review, but do not use this company. Even if you buy the extra insurance they will find a reason to deny the claim. They broke my 85" TV and when they noticed it, they apologized and said not to worry it would be reimbursed. I filed a claim as instructed and the claims department told me the TV was broken due to "movement" in the container. The TV box I bought specifically for the TV was in perfect condition meaning the damage was not caused from anything externally. It clearly is a finger print from when they were taking it off my wall. They also put both of my beds together wrong and I had to have them come back out to fix them the next day. The last thing you want to deal with is a headache from a moving company. I have moved multiple times in the past 6 years and this was by far the worst company to deal with even with the extra insurance. They simply refuse and make excuses. Hire anyone else.
