This company is GREAT. excellent communication the movers are real professionals. They packed everything up moved it to the new location and set everything up. You WANT to use this company if you’re moving

The crew was good and kind. But Sales team (Mike) was terrible and not consistent at all. I put down the deposit to lock in the day and time. Later there was a snow storm on the weekend, but the move was not scheduled until next Thursday. I called them and confirm everything is still good since there will be no storm on Thursday. They told me likely to be cancel and they don't know. @@ And I had to threatened them to make a decision quickly so I can call another company if they decided to cancel me. Then they give me answer 2 days before (which is very bad communication) that they will take the job. But still now I can't trust them and called another company to stand by in case. I was stressed. The move was 3 hours ~ $150/hr + $75 flat fee (for a studio size apartment)

We used Woodland Moving Services for our move in November and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The movers were punctual, courteous, and delivered truly outstanding service. Our belongings were in two separate storage units, and the team handled everything very efficiently. What truly set them apart was their professionalism upon arriving at our new home. Because the entrance of the house is on a steep hill, the trailer was unable to reach the the top, requiring the team to carry every single item up approximately 15–20 steps, all in extreme cold weather. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained positive, hardworking, and incredibly professional. Another thing that I am so happy about is that NONE of the guys smelt bad! I know this is something no one thinks about but I’ve had movers in the past where basic hygiene was just missing - these guys are as clean as they come! I cannot commend this team highly enough for their dedication and exceptional service.

The entire team was friendly, professional, efficient, responsive and careful. Every piece of furniture was protected and installed in our new home expertly. Luis and his team were awesome they even took all the boxes that were unpacked. Very pleased with their service.
