Walter and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our backyard. They put in a new fence and installed a gate that is multi-functional with an option for everyday use and an easy way to open it up and park a car in back. They thought about and installed so many user friendly details. The final result looks better and is easier to use than I thought possible. Walter and team are super helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend them!

They did an AMAZING job on our pet turf area in our backyard. Walter is so great to work with since he gave us a quote for our entire front and backyard redo, but is letting us work through it one at a time to work with our budget. They were quick to get us on the schedule, and got everything done super quick. They even left the yard cleaner than they found it. Couldn’t ask for anything more! I keep using W&M Services for more and more projects and Walter Moreno never disappoints! The latest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!

Walter and his crew were great! They had previously fixed a brick and leak issue at our house and were the only ones to stop the leak. This time we had them replace the stairs and walkway at our DC rowhouse, fix the front porch, added a railing, and painted everything. It looks amazing. The team was great and very responsive. We encountered a couple issues with our porch and Walter and his crew fixed and made it like new. Great team and great work! Would highly recommend!

We first met Walter and his team a few years back when they built us a gate to close off our back driveway. The team was so kind and helpful and their work was sturdy and beautiful. After that, they've been the first people we call when we have any issue with our home. We recently had a tricky repair in which Walter and his team had to completely replace our back door, replace a window, and relay the bricks on a large part of the back wall of our row home. The row homes have settled and nothing about the repair was standard. They did the repair so thoroughly and kept us informed about anything to do with the progress of the project. They've done work to patch up and seal our roof, as well. We highly recommend W&M for any new projects or repairs.
