We really like that they have childcare. However, no one can be bothered to update the hours or send an email when they don’t have staffing or hours change. We have asked if they can start sending emails for these situations so that we don’t take preworkout and drive there with kids in tow, their answer is to go to a different location.

So crazy, the cold plunge tub is COLD and hot tub is HOT. Definitely would recommend taking a dip.

Wide variety of things to do with multiple gyms, pickleball, cardio equipment, several sets of machine resistance training equipment, and free weights. The biggest downside is that there are no fans in the cardio area, there's very little airflow in the building, and it's miserably hot. After only 10 minutes I'm already drenched in sweat. Hint, fans go in the area where you produce the most heat, the cardio area, not the resistance training area.

March 15th & 16th we got to enjoy the kiddos swimming at this years regionals meet and what a YMCA👍 the Dolphins did a great team job and we are so proud of them all Great job and a great pool👍

Awesome location; cannot beat getting in & out of a facility without ever going outside, due to the Skywalk; it's only one of two gyms in the US that connects this way. The building is huge; a massive (2) pool area; all training equipment is well spaced out. Two full BB courts; 10 Racquetball / handball courts; mechanical workout equipment is aging but functional.
